I ordered a Chrome Hearts long-sleeve shirt in size XS. My order confirmation clearly states “White / XS”, but the garment I received has a size S label.

After I complained, Vay Fashion first stated that the item has an oversized fit. They later gave a different explanation, claiming that they use their own sizing classification and that their webshop size XS corresponds to a manufacturer’s size S label.

I repeatedly asked them to provide a dated copy or screenshot showing that this specific size conversion was clearly disclosed on the product page before I placed my order. They did not provide this evidence.

They also stated that, because the item was on sale, it was not eligible for a standard refund. Their proposed solutions were either to keep the shirt in exchange for a 20% partial refund, or to return it at my own expense for inspection, without guaranteeing a full refund.

I asked for a prepaid return label because the garment label does not match the size shown in my order confirmation. They refused and blamed me for supposedly not reading their policies.

The shirt is unworn and I have kept all original tags and packaging. I found the handling of this complaint dismissive and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this webshop.

They asking me to let a review behind for the second time but my package isn’t even deliver(yet). Its over 2 weeks a go that i ordered.

Customer service hasn’t been the best and delayed deliveries have caused mistrust with using this service in the future.

Really happy with my order. Everything arrived as expected and the quality was great. Would definitely buy from them again.

I thought it was a little sketchy at first but the quality is INSANE! I would rather pay a little more for such quality then those cheap bad quality clothes. 5 stars from me and will 100% buy more in the future.
