Vaytax handles German and French VAT for foreign companies, in English. If you sell into Germany from abroad (Amazon FBA, your own online store, or stock in a German warehouse) and need a German VAT registration and ongoing filings, we take care of the whole process: registration with the tax office (Finanzamt), monthly and annual VAT returns (Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung and Jahreserklaerung), the EU One-Stop-Shop, and routine Finanzamt correspondence. We do the same in France: registration with the French tax office for foreign businesses (SIEE) and the monthly VAT return (CA3). One caveat we state up front: France requires companies established in countries without a mutual-assistance agreement to appoint a jointly liable fiscal representative. That is a role we do not take, so we tell you before you pay rather than after. Every return is prepared and filed in-house by a licensed German-French tax firm.
