Customer service is at a level that is not found these days anymore. I am connected on Octopus intelligent go and one evening I was having charging issues. If you call octopus after hours there is no support - thier offices are closed. VCHRGD were also closed but I left a message and within 30 mins someone called me and assisted me in the night to sort out what was going on. I was so grateful and I really felt valued as a customer. Because of my experience I would highly recommend Vchrgd to anyone.

I’ve had my VCHRGD seven pro for 12 months now and it has been absolutely faultless. I had a slight technical glitch when trying to migrate to octopus intelligent go and spoke to Adam from Technical Support. What a fantastic guy who went above and beyond to sort my issue, not once did I feel under pressure by him. He guided me through step by step and even gave tips on charging once my issue was resolved. A real credit to VCRGHD and epitomises what kind of company they are. All in all a fantastic organisation with the customer at the heart of their operation.

Absolutely fantastic. I’ve dealt with Vchrgd’s customer service team on a couple of occasions now and both times they fixed the issue quickly and efficiently.
On this occasion it was Adam Browning who served me. He was polite and knowledgeable.
I would recommend Vchrgd to anyone.
I had my VCHRGD Seven tethered charger installed today by Smart Home Charge. The unit looks smart in its black finish, and it looks very tidy as long as you wrap the cable after use.
I did run into a minor hiccup getting Intelligent Octopus Go (IOG) up and running, but the support was fantastic. I called the helpline and spoke with Alex from VCHRGD; he was incredibly helpful and reassuring. He quickly updated the firmware and talked me through the IOG setup on the Octopus app. Everything is now working flawlessly. It feels like a high-quality bit of kit, hopefully, it's built to last!
The Seven pro was fitted by an installation company. However the after sales customer service is second to none. One of the best customer care I have experienced for a long time up there with some of the best. Some issues I am having are the App which is very temperamental after a update causing me issues with scheduling and user friendliness of the app operation. I also had an issue with the module causing the LED indication not displaying this issue was dealt with in a very good timescale the App is being looked at and I hope a fix happens soon. Other than that very happy with the company and its engineers.
Installation was perfectly managed: technicians were on-time, knowledgeable and professional. What’s been most impressive is the aftercare. On two occasions we have experience a fault with the charger. On both occasions Vchrgd have given near immediate remote support and fixed our issue. Brilliant and the Vchrgd team get top marks from us!
Edit: Old review 1 star. My 1S experience was related to seemingly poor equipment, and poor support; however, I have since learned Powerverse that I use is actually a 3rd party software platform for this hardware and my issues relate more to them than VCHRGD. VCHRGD contacted me and made a lot of effort to explain how this all works and not only that contacted Powerverse on my behalf and provided what seems to be a fix for my problems even though in reality it's a Powerverse issue. VCHRGD are by comparison actually a really friendly team, and have taken time out of hours even to try and help me out and not only that, followed up the first support call to make sure what we're doing is working. In this modern world, customer support is key and they have nailed it. Thank you for your rapid response and support!

Had my Vchrgd Seven Pro fitted recently which is very good but the installer was unable to connect the user app to WiFi. Contacted Vchrgd and at 20.24 on Saturday evening I got a reply and was sorted with in minutes the installer wasn’t aware of the new connection process. All I can say what an amazing company to reach out late Saturday evening ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’ve just had our VCHRGD Seven Pro installed by Ascent Energy Services. I was very impressed with the technical support provided to the Ascent engineer on a Saturday morning by Alex at VCHRGD because of an issue in connecting to our WiFi. My wife and I are very pleased with the charger as well as the installation.
We have just had a Vchrgd 7 installed and the customer service we received to resolve a problem, which was completely our fault, was exceptional.
We have only used the charger once since the install but it worked faultlessly and looks good.
I am an electrical engineer and have fitted many Vchrgd chargers. I especially find the 7pro very tidy and so effortless to fit. When installation is finished it looks like a smart piece of kit. In addition the installers app is uncomplicated and easy to set up. As a last note the technical help is 2nd to none, every time I have called response has been quick and very helpful. I am looking at having my own EV next year and will be keen to have this charger myself.
Fantastic customer support. Alex rang me on Sunday night to go through the technical faults which my charger was experiencing (no fault of VCHRGD). Couldn’t recommend this company enough for their support and quality chargers
I had never heard of this company or the charger as it wasn’t in the list when googled. But I took the risk and I am glad I did. Customer service and support is outstanding! They go well above and beyond and I have learned so much from these guys. I would not hesitate to recommend this product and this company.
The customer support from VCHRGD is second to none. I was having trouble with my charger so rang the Helpdesk. They picked up almost immediately, ran several tests and concluded the charger was faulty. They then quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent and an electrician to come and fix it. Throughout the whole process I had one point of contact- Adam. Adam was very helpful, and always did what he said he would. I can’t recommend VCHRGD enough- the product is great and the customer service is too.
PS the electrician who fitted my charger commented on how good the chargers are, and how easy it is to work with VCHRGD.
