I recently had an issue where our WiFi went down after a brick worker accidentally cut the cable. On top of that, it was quite difficult to get through to YouFibre due to the backlog from their rebranding from brsk, which was a bit frustrating at first.

However, once we finally managed to book an appointment, the experience was excellent. Jack and Steffan from Manchester arrived as scheduled, quickly identified the issue, and repaired the cable within about 10 minutes. The job was done efficiently and professionally, and everything has been working perfectly since.

Overall, despite the initial delay in getting through, I’m really impressed with how quickly and effectively the problem was resolved. Great service from the engineer.
