Mru The engineer who came to fix my internet did an excellent job. Everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and without any complications. He was also very friendly, polite, and professional throughout the visit. I highly recommend his service.

Lost service over the weekend- was told had an appointment booked yesterday but Noone turned up waited all day. Really Nnoyed- however sajid and mdu restored my faith in you fiber as they sorted quick- greT lads

Jonathan and Gerald were fantastic, really polite and helpful. They explained everything and were quick and efficient. Not a great fan of the company with the recent issues I have been having but Jonathan and Gerald certainly made a good impression

Flynn and sajid came to me today to fix the problem of no internet for five days and they did in minutes I wasn’t even here but they waited just to be sure and what fantastic lads they are I appreciate everything they did quick and efficiently I couldn’t ask for more
As for you fiber well I’m not happy with them first it takes me 45 minutes to get though to them which is EVERY phone call which I have made plenty trying to get this fixed
Second when I get though after 45min I get cut off and have to start again
Thirdly they have been not help what so ever they didn’t book the appointment properly so that was a day wasted so had to wait another day and it has taken me five days to get this sorted which is ridicules
And as for the app well that is a total waste of of time I tried to get help on there I got no where tried to book and appointment on there and again got no where so that is no good what so ever
The only good thing that has happened with all of this is the lads that cam to fix the problem they where brilliant 10/10 thanks lads

Matthew and Wilkinson arrived to assist me with my broadband issues. They arrived early and were knowledgeable and conscientious in their approach. They resolved the issue through methodical troubleshooting and resolved the issue for me. A great team.

Sajid flynn both came round and were a great help. Managed to get the internet back up and running fast. Optic cable was damage and they replaced quickly
