Please do not fall into the same trap I did, when I first signed up to this casino it was great, you loose some you win some, I made a couple withdrawals and everything went through fine! The biggest being £450 and went through fine, I was not in profit at any point during this time! Then I won £1077, I made the first withdrawal of £500 on the 25/01/2026 and the second on the 26/01/2026 and well nothing! I have been on chat multiple times to be told the same thing over and over my withdrawals are in the final stages, they have been telling me that since Thursday last week it’s now Monday and still nothing! Now they have turned off live chat so I have no way of making contact a they will not respond to emails! I will update if any of these withdrawals actually go through but I highly doubt it…. I do not work for this casino and I have other paid to write any reviews! I can honestly say they will pay out to start with just make sure your withdrawals don’t put you in profit because the money won’t come….

Update! It’s now 20:19 uk time so another day has passed, still no withdrawal, still no communication! Live chat is still turned off and not a single response from any of my emails going back to Thursday last week from the support email, I have sent emails of complaint with screenshots of the conversations with the agents assuring me last Thursday my withdrawals are at the final stages and I should get an email very soon 😂 don’t be fooled you will not get your money. I will update again tomorrow and every single day until this is resolved or I forget and move on lol.

Another update: it is now Tuesday morning! Still no contact, still pending withdrawals, live chat still not working. I will update again this evening.
Another update, they have approved my withdrawal and that’s as far as it’s got! Nothing is in my bank! Still no communication! Still no response to the 54 emails I have sent since Thursday!! But most importantly I still do mot have my returns!!

They get people to put on fake reviews here stating they won and then they displayed dismay that they had won a big amount but didn't receive it, then they did receive it (all lies). I hope the people at this casino get caught.

Well I won 11k on the 28th December then I found this page and was heartbroken. You can only withdraw 500 a day and you can only have a maximum of 3 withdrawals which is ridiculous. I had pretty much given up all hope but today the 3 withdrawals processed and are now in my bank I'm absolutely shocked! I did bank transfer and had to use a bacs or bic code that I saw in the reviews of this page. So it did come don't give up hope hopefully I'll have the rest of my winnings judging by this speed sometime by April 😂 hope this helps guys !

This company needs to be closed down. Dont release your funds. Their live chat doesn't work and email response is awful. Surprised this hasn't closed down yet. Stay away from this site. The website itself offers a good variety of games.

My first few withdrawals ranging from 70-110 pound withdrew nice and easy and withing the 3 business days.

I then won 400 pound and this is when the questions started. First attempt I withdrew the lot and a week later nothing and kept being told its a delay in the payments.

I then cancelled this request and tried a smaller withdrawal of 90 pounds knowing that I've managed to withdraw a few of these already. This was in my bank withing the 3 buisness days. I then requested 340 after this and it did actually come into my bank and withing 3 business days.

Maybe there was some truth behind the delay from the financial teams or im just one of the few lucky ones im not sure.

Just be careful

This website is the worst I have ever used. Multiple factors from no wins, website crashes, support chat not working and when it does the advisor starts the conversation by saying ‘hjello’ and the multiple different currencies it flips between.

Please take my advice and stay away and I am in the process of sod reporting this website as something is definitely not correct with it.

I submitted a £490 withdrawal on 23 November 2025. As of today (27 November), I have not received the funds, and the withdrawal status has not changed at all. I have contacted support multiple times, but they only give the same generic replies like “your funds are safe and will be processed soon.”

I feel cheated and extremely disappointed. The lack of a clear answer and repeated excuses are frustrating and unacceptable. I strongly warn other players — be careful with this casino, as withdrawals may not be processed even after several days of waiting.

Made 3 withdrawals of £500, been told every single day that I am a priority and they are at final stages of being completed and yet nothing. Same email responses over and over, no sign of getting that money! On day 8 now and nothing, will update if I get any of the money and change the review however not looking likely at all

Scam!!! Vegas hero1 is now vegashero2 non stop text messages advertising this doggy site never had an account with them my details are being brought and sold on . Stay well clear !!!
