Scammer in FaceBook by the name of Emma Moreno, imeediately after placing an ad for a vehicle contacts me, agreeing to come down to see if I did the report, using words like I am okay with price etc. avoid and do not buy this piece of overly expensive report. Thankfully my husband didn't.

Exactly the same scenario. Buyer is overly interested in the car and is pushing for a vehicle check through this particular website . When I asked him to provide tel number gone deaf .

Selling a car on FB marketplace and gone back and forth with a potential buyer with the name Robert Harrison who seemed very interested, asking all the right questions etc. Before coming to view he shared a link to vehiclehistorycheck demanding that I paid for the report. I shared a report I previously ran through Vcheck and still he demanded I pay for this report due to him not trusting ' a random report'. Fairly certain the website could be designed to phish for card details which together with having my address would result in online card fraud. Also, demanding the seller to perform a vehicle history check is not common practice, the onus should be on the buyer for their own peace of mind. Thankfully I checked the website before attempting to run the report. Stay away people!

This is a smartass scammer who pretends to be a serious buyer for your car and asks you to get a car report using this website, and then you will receive a cheap pdf report including free access info for your car.
Avoid this guy immediately and never reply to him

Selling a car, buyer overly interested. Suggested I pay for a check via this site. Always check trust pilot before using any site, confirmed my suspicions. They try and get your bank details from using the site. Avoid.

We advertised our sons car on facebook market place, had someone called Joshua Lloyd get in touch, he wanted us to do a mechanical check on the vehicle via a website he suggested. Would cost £25.00 and he would refund if all ok, he was due to come and see the car the next day. All this rang alarm bells, we said we would do a check but not via the website he suggested. He was insistent but we realised was a scam for us to put our bank details into the website, he soon got abusive, please do not fall for this. He would have never come to view the car, he just wanted us to do a check via this website, con con con.

Yes anther one here , Trying to scam me on Facebook marketplace . By someone called Saima Sadozai wanted me to buy a HPI check from Vehiclecheckhistory as they was interested in my bike.

A user by the name of Joe Tyler spent ages trying to convince me to use this site to do a vehicle check on my car. Would not pay for it himself or let me use an alternative website. Definitely suspicious and likely, as others have said, trying to skim your card or bank details.

This website was given to me by somebody through Facebook marketplace pretending they were wanting to buy my bike. They wanted me to pay for a check 1st to prove that the bike was legit when in fact the website is here just to steal your bank details. Beware and stay clear from this website it is used by scammers for your bank details.
