Vehicle Savers Car Leasing Opiniones

Absolutely fantastic. Kept me informed and been very helpful with my first leased car

Dawn was very helpfull and great communication.

I have just got my Lease car from Vehicle Savers
I have been dealing with Donna Day who has kept me informed all through the process from the outset to the finish .
I would say you are told to check you vehicle on delivery for any marks and problems which was a bit hard for me as the car was dusty from being left standing outside until delivery
So I would say take your time on the handover to make sure your happy as I am

Donna was ‘on the ball’ from the first minute to the last. She found me exactly the car I wanted and at the best price I could find anywhere (matched). All done by phone and email. This is the second car I have found through her and I would highly recommend the service.

Easy to organise and great communication until two days before delivery then nothing to confirm or suggest a time! Otherwise 5 stars.
Car is brilliant
Delivery driver brilliant
Donna at the office brilliant

I have had excellent dealings with VS!
Customer service excellent, Donna very knowledgeable and has helped me lease both my cars. Prices are competitive, process easy and any queries answered quickly, would 100% recommend Vehicle Savers, will deal with again in future.

Great service and regular updates on delivery date
Thank you Donna Day

Dawn Garrison at Vehiclesavers went the extra mile to assist me with my 1st ever leasing experience. She answered my many queries promptly and professionally and gave me a level customer experience that would make me wish to use Vehicesavers again. I look forward to repeating the experience again in 18 months time or less when my current lease is up. Thanks Dawn.

Donna was very knowledgeable and quick with any correspondence. Making the while experience very good.

Great service and Dawn was patient

Donna Day is amazing, I was kept informed throughout my order, keeping me updated on the progress of my order. I got my car on time, even the collection at Cairnryan was smooth and thanks to Brian from Southampton for his help showing me the controls of the new car. All in all a great experience with Vehicle Savers.

Kept me informed all the way through the process, sorted any queries I had ,could fault them .

Donna is absolutely amazing! She was extremely patient with me and walked me through all of my options and revisions over the period of a few weeks during my decision process. If it hadn't been for Donna, I would have chosen a different leasing company.

Donna is so polite, friendly and professional that we wouldn’t take our business anywhere else.

Communication was great all the way. Instructions were clear. My car arrived later than planned but possibly because it was over the Christmas season.
Delivery driver was very polite and had washed the car as they got to my town.
I’m very pleased with my car and the service I received

Quick and helpful communication throughout the process. Would use again!
