A lovely welcome from all the team
A lovely welcome from all the team. Immaculate premises . Very thorough consultation . Mr Lake listened to my concerns and gave a realistic idea of the extent of treatment needed and expectations managed . Nurse assistant very friendly and helpful too . Full costs explained . Have booked treatment .

Varicose vein treatment
First pre-procedure consultation arranged within 2 days of initial phone call.
Surgery on chosen day was performed by consultant with minimal fuss within alloted appointment time. Minor discomfort and pain.
Post procedure requirements clearly explained.
Follow up call from Veincentre next day to check everything OK.
Very efficient organisation.

Good consultation
Good consultation. Radiologist and nurse were both very friendly but professional. Treatment was explained and information given. Easy to book next appointment.

5 star experience
My initial consultation was with Dr Sam Byott at the Lancaster clinic. He explained the full procedures that I needed and completely put me at ease.
On the day of my procedure, a week later, I was quite anxious but Sam and Julie the nurse assured me that they would look after me throughout and they did a fantastic job. Julie held my hand whilst my legs were having EVLA treatment and we talked about all sorts. They both made it a very positive experience. Not forgetting Trish who greeted me when I arrived both times and who was so reassuring and helpful. I would definitely recommend going to this practice.
