Great care during the procedure, and afterwards.
I was nervous on the actual procedure day, but all of the staff made me feel comfortable and did little things to alleviate my worry. I was asked if I would like to listen to music and if so what radio station. The nurse chatted to me throughout to put me at ease. The pain was a little more than I had expected but I managed better by the staff distracting me. Everything was explained thoroughly and I felt looked after. It was really good to have a follow up call two days later too, and know that a helpline was there if I needed it.

Professional and friendly care

Had my thread veins injected today with the sclerotherapy, practically painless. Great compression stockings.
Hopefully it will be effective if not I know the pathway and they can treat again.
Will refer a friend as I’m so happy with the treatment I have received.

Vein treatment
Upon arriving, Maria at the reception warmly welcomed me with a delightful cup of coffee and a biscuit, instantly putting me at ease 😊. The consultant, Deepak, was equally friendly and hospitable, guiding me through the process and recommending the best options tailored to my needs. A special shoutout to nurse John for providing invaluable help and support throughout the procedure 😊. I underwent EVLA + Foam treatments for my varicose veins in both legs, as per Deepak's recommendation. Following a successful final foam treatment and ultrasound scan on both legs during my recent follow-up appointment, I can confidently say that I am a very satisfied customer. A big shoutout to the entire team at Leicester - you all deserve a 10/10 xx
