Dr Neelan was great. Staff was always polite and professional. I misread the guidance before the follow up treatment and Veincentre management was kind enough to re schedule a 3rd appointment and provide the treatment . Overall very pleased with the result of my treatment . Recommended .

I was amazed by the friendly polite professional staff all my quieries where answered aan put my mind aat peace knowing if I had any worries I can phone and ask any worries I had they are amazing people cannot praise them highly enough thank you for everything vein centre I have my life back wonderful Maidstone and follow up at Tunbridge Wells.

Everything was very professional.

The only downside it was that they did not have air conditioning or a Fan ,it was very hot in the room .

Several months after the procedure at…
Several months after the procedure at Maidstone I realise that my veins do look worse that they have been before the procedure! To say that my first procedure at Nottingham was really good and improvements really were lasting. I wish I can see that first surgeon again!

Varicose Vein pain and embarrassment.....GONE!
I had extensive varicose veins on one leg, which have progressively got worse over the last 18 years so I eventually decided to seek help, as not only were they causing me pain, in my active job, but they were also really unsightly and embarrassing. At my initial consultation in Maidstone, the receptionist, the consultant Dr Nick Railton and the nurse made me feel at ease immediately. The procedure was explained clearly and in detail; there was no hard sell and I felt free to ask as many questions as I needed to. I had my treatment about a month later and I was so happy with the results as the discomfort and pain had gone. I still had a few lumpy areas but these were treated at my follow-up appointment and I couldn’t be happier. The whole experience was made so easy, thanks to the friendly, expert and professional staff – I would highly recommend Veincentre in Maidstone to anyone considering treatment.

Super friendly professional staff
I had a consultation November 2025, the premises were lovely very clean and relaxing reception area with complimentary coffee a nice touch. All the staff were super friendly and professional i had my treatment two weeks later and was delighted with the results, I have recently had my follow up appointment and was delighted once again with the friendly staff and to hear I need no further treatment.
If anyone is wondering whether to have treatment Iwould highly recomend definitely no regrets.

Maidstone centre - Varicose veins in both legs
I had varicose veins in both legs and after my first consultation with Dr Neelan Das, I felt very informed and understood the procedures, risks and costs. Dr Das and Sarah made me feel relaxed, they were friendly and there was no pressure at all to go ahead with the procedures.
I went ahead and had laser therapy and foam in both legs over a few appointments. I'm so happy I did, I've seen visual improvements (no more bulging veins) and the itchiness has now gone.
All the staff at the Maidstone centre were very friendly and accommodating. I've recommended them to a few people and will continue to do so.
