Great informative consultstion
The ladies I spoke to were lovely and informative and looked after me very well when my low blood pressure got the better of me. They explained everything very clearly and I felt they had my best interests at heart. Very knowledgeable and friendly, looking forward to getting my treatment done :)

I was made to feel very welcome the minute I walked in the door.
I had a thorough consultation and scan of my varicose veins. Everything was explained regarding the procedures that I will be having.
Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

Great people Great job!
Really can’t fault the team at Poole. Did a great job on my varicose vein. Explained the process and did what they said they would do. Excellent from first visit to final checkup. Super friendly.

The welcome I received was very friendly and professional .
My consultant and his assistant explained what was going to happen, and the scan was very easy.
Afterwards we discussed the results, and suggested treatments.

I thought I was paying £100 for the…
I thought I was paying £100 for the consultation but I was charged an extra £150. £250 for 10 minutes. Definitely NOT worth it.

We make it clear at booking that a consultation is £250 with a £100 deposit and this covers far more than just a short appointment. You are seen by an expert vascular consultant, receive a detailed duplex ultrasound scan of both legs, and a personalised treatment plan. We believe this level of quality and care offers real value, especially when it comes to making confident decisions about your health. But we absolutely appreciate your experience seems to have differed from that and we are undertaking a review to understand more. A very friendly team- from reception to medical staff. Easy to ask questions and to get hold of on the phone. I have to admit I was nervous and they couldn’t have been more helpful! A successful procedure and a noticeable improvement!

From first contact, Veincentre staff were first rate in their efficiency, friendliness, consideration and professionalism. The treatment appointments turned out to be pleasant experiences - informative, interesting, calming, reassuring and above all effective! I have had increasingly unsightly varicose veins for 50 years - only deciding to have them treated when a GP suggested they could ulcerate as their surface was increasingly prone to treatment-resistant eczema. My legs are already looking normal. I wish now that I had had it done decades ago!

The whole staff team are lovely welcoming and very professional! I was very anxious about having the procedure but Sarah and the nurse reassured me and completely put my mind at ease.
