Great Experience throughout
I am so impressed with all the team at Theale. Everyone is friendly and puts you at ease from the initial scan and consultation to treatment, you feel you are in safe hands.
Having had microsclerothapy previously I found todays treatment far less painful Foam sclerotherapy was new to me, and my initial fears were rapidly eased as the treatment was quick and painless, more of a stinging sensation that quickly abated. Everything was carefully explained to me from stocking care to results expectations and future options. I would say to anyone wanting to pursue thread vein treatment the vein centre Theale would be an excellent choice and Dr Andrew Wiggins staff nurse Kim and the Receptionists are fab.

Professional, friendly and effective treatment
Most people might approach any medical procedure with some trepidation. However, (and as an ex NHS employee) I can say this was as stress-free and relaxed as any appointment and procedure could be. From the initial consultation to the day of the procedure, everything was done to make me feel relaxed and welcomed. From the friendly front of house staff to the medical professionals, I felt supported and in good hands. The process went really quickly and after a week, initial results are looking good already.

The staff are all- without exception-…
The staff are all- without exception- friendly. At my different appointments, they kept me fully informed of what to expect as well as what was happening during the procedures.
