Really reactive, apologised that the delivery was slightly late even before I queried it (due to Christmas break) and quality wax!

My son researched cleaning products for his new road bike and found Velo 21. He asked for it as a Christmas present hence me ordering it for him. The order was processed efficiently and arrived well packaged. He used the shampoo today and was pleased with it.

Firstly the customer service is 2nd to none. Steve is great with advice and pointing you in the right direction of what products will be best for what you need

Right then, let's start. Might be a long waffle on so grab yourself a cuppa or a beer.

The dirty weekend pre wash - Few squirts over the muddy or dusty bike and I leave it to dwell for a few minutes then Rinse off the dirt & mud. Works great. Sometimes you don't need to wash the bike after as this stuff gets rid of nearly all the dirt.

Cherry bomb wash- Few good squirts into the bucket and fill with warm water. Foams up nicely and I use a soft brush to get all the grime off the frame & wheels. Then Rinse off the bike. Cherry smell is nice and the wash cleans and removes the remaining dirt and grease.
Invisible wax- Quick spray over the bike and then Rinse off. Leaves a nice layer of protection on the bike if your in a rush. Just cover any braking parts, pads, discs etc
Microfiber drying cloth - This thing drys the bike very quickly, I've tried a couple of other towels but this is far the better quality and most absorbant. Nice and thick too. Use it on my car also.
I then go over over the bike with the best wax you will ever use.
The cherry glaze - Goes on very easily and buffs off for a superior shine. I've used it on gloss frames where the finish is deep making the gloss shine. On my matt frame, it puts a small amount of shine on it, but the best part is the water beading
I'll alway give it 2 coats of wax. Even use the wax on my car. The road dirt just washes off and the wax protection leaves great water beading on the panels. But the best bit is after you've been out on the bike and picked up dust, dirt or mud, with the wax protection the dirt literally washes off. There's been occasions where I've not needed to use the pre wash or the cherry bomb as with the wax coating the crap just washes away. I've used other pink & blue bike washes(mentioning no names) but this stuff is the best you will ever buy. I find the prices great compared to other products out there. Tried most of Velo 21 products on my bikes and now would never use anything else. Just topped up my stocks of cherry bomb, cherry wax and dirty weekend as Steve had a sale on.
Best products to use on bikes, trust me you will not be dissatisfied or dissapointed.

I wanted some form of protective wax to put on a new bike with matt paint finish. Velo 21 was recommended on an owners club Facebook page so decided to give it a try. The products were delivered quickly and even had a free bottle of bike shampoo included. So far, the wax seems to work well - it was easily applied and leaves a nice finish to the matt paint. It also works well on my gloss finish bikes. Steve at Velo 21 was also very helpful by offering advice should I have needed it at any time.

Order for a t shirt was processed but initially did not arrive due to stock.
Followed up and received a prompt response advising clothing range is held elsewhere and they had not been informed at Velo.
This was quickly sorted out, t shirt arrived day after. Great quality and good customer care.
