I never leave reviews but after leaving the Bondi Junction store last week feeling on top of the world I felt I had too.. All the staff in there are the biggest HYPE girls ever and couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Warm welcoming vibes from the minute you walk in and nothing is too much. Also my first try of this gym wear and I am fully converted, washes amazing and is so flattering.

Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht von meiner Erfahrung mit Velocity Activewear.

Ich habe eine Bestellung aufgegeben und bezahlt, das Paket wurde jedoch laut DHL nicht korrekt zugestellt und ist nie bei mir angekommen. Ich habe Velocity sofort darüber informiert und mich auf deren Anweisung hin SELBST an DHL gewendet. DHL bestätigte später, dass die Sendung nicht korrekt zugestellt wurde.

Trotzdem wurde mir letztendlich mitgeteilt, dass Velocity nichts mehr unternehmen könne, da eine interne 30-Tage-Frist für eine Schadensmeldung bei DHL nun abgelaufen sei, obwohl ich das Problem bereits frühzeitig gemeldet hatte und den Anweisungen des Supports gefolgt bin.

Der gesamte Prozess war für mich sehr zeitaufwendig und frustrierend. Als Kundin ohne erhaltene Ware mit dem Problem alleine gelassen zu werden, empfinde ich als sehr schlechten Kundenservice!

Da keine Lösung angeboten wurde, musste ich nun eine Reklamation über meinen Kreditkartenanbieter einleiten.

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung, ich werde dort nicht noch einmal bestellen.

I will 100% forever recommend this brand! I have loved every item I have bought, they fit perfectly, good material and quality and VERY flattering. However, their customer service is what put them over the top. They were FANTASTIC. They are quick to reply to emails and honestly went above and beyond for me and did more than i was expecting. Which they really didn’t need too as it was my own mistake and they were extremely understanding. Will never shop anywhere else, LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

I wish I could give it a 0 but the product itself wasn't bad. The online customer service is far beyond bad. They're very negligence. It took an exchange for than 4 weeks. They replied to an email after 3 weeks of return for an exchange. Indeed I couldn't get an exchange because they said the item was worn when I only tried them on. I got 6 items all in the same size but one pair of shorts was smaller than the rest and I couldn't fit it. They said there was a stain on it and sent me a photo that I couldn't even see the stain myself. The refused to change the size and wanted to send them back to me. I have mentioned that there should be a plastic tape on it if they're worried about hygiene but now it's my fault for trying them on then realised after that it was too small. This is online shopping so how else would I know they'll fit or not. They didn't even mention about the smaller made on this particular type of shorts. I got other shorts and they all fit done with the same delivery as well. It's ridiculous and very disappointing. It took approximately 6 weeks in total for one pair of shorts to be exchanged and at the end they wouldn't even change it. I should have listened to all other Reddit reviews about it. It's not worth buying and supporting these guys at all. Customers aren't their priorities but pumping out numbers of sales is. It's sad because they do have good products but it's a risk buying the right size because you won't be able to return them or if you did it will be weeks or months until you get it. But it was to purchase it will take less than 2 weeks to receive. Other brands I've purchased have very good quality as well but with better customer service. Check out all the reviews before buying because at the end of the day it's not just a couple of dollars you wasted but it's your feeling and time. I don't normally write a bad review. I either ignore it and move on or give them one star but this time I really don't want to see other girls get trapped like me and be disappointed and waste your money and time with them again. It's really irritating.

This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I ordered the Vanilla shorts on 5th November, and they arrived with pink stains on them. I spent over three weeks emailing back and forth trying to get a refund, only to finally be sent a return label. I sent the shorts back, and they’ve been sitting at their warehouse for over a week with no updates.

I’ve emailed, I’ve DMed twice on Instagram, and I’m still completely ignored. It’s been more than a month since this problem started, and the lack of communication is unacceptable.

Safe to say, I will never be purchasing from them again. Absolutely disappointing.

I ordered from their site during their 30% off Black Friday sale and have still not received any shipping update or tracking number and have already sent two emails to their customer service team which is just an AI Bot, aswell as commented on both their TikTok and Instragam feed,
Direct messaged them and still nothing. I've seen a lot others experiencing the same thing.Very disappointing. Looks like I’ll be making a dispute for return of funds.

My first impression of Velocity was disappointing to say the least. I emailed and received a reply that was AI generated which I think is just pure laziness on their part. A week had past and my order still hadn't been shipped so after multiple ignored emails I requested a refund from PayPal and all of a sudden Velocity replied and said that my order had already been shipped and then admitted that it hadn't and that they didn't even have the stock. A very unprofessional company, I will not purchase from a company that I cannot trust. I was relieved that I received a refund after reading the terrible reviews on poor product quality and refusal of refunds. There is no way that I could wear their brand with pride.

Good day Eve. I have visited the store in Butler and received the best customer service from Ash. I never shopped at any active sportswear shop in my live and my experience with Ash was fantastic. She went the extra mile to make sure I receive the correct size with my choice of clothing.

She is friendly and has great knowledge of the different products and made it easy for me to purchase. Her customer relation is far and beyond and we need more people like her in this world.

I want to preface this review by saying that I am a repeat customer of velocity and have previously had really good experiences with them but I’m not really happy with the way that this was handled, I made an order from New Zealand and it took a little over two months to supposedly get to me. I got sent a tracking link and would check the updates on it often. Initially it said my package was in Perth then in New Zealand and then Canada was what I was seeing for ages. I sent an email to velocity to follow up about where my package was and they assured me that it was not in Canada nd definetly in New Zealand I was checking for it constantly and it never arrived. I kept checking my tracking and eventually later in April it said the package had been delivered but no card to call had been left in my mailbox or anything that would indicate the package was there I sent velocity a follow-up email and they informed me they had been sent back to the warehouse after an attempt at a delivery and ended up refunding the shorts that I purchased just the shorts and not the shipping and now they are sold out.they said I’m welcome to order them again but I can’t and I don’t want to pay another shipping fee and throw my money in the trash

I’ve had bought 3 pairs of active shorts, the logo came off with a couple of weeks, the second pair the threading came loose and with the 3rd pink pair, they faded and went a dirty looking colour. I received a gift card for the replacement of the first pair, the response I received about the second pair was pretty poor, they weren’t overly apologetic. I won’t purchase from them again, haven’t gone out of my way to use the gift card either. The marketing is the best part of this company, definitely not worth the money.

Spent too much money on this to be disappointed. I got the scrunch shorts and the “signature” bra, you can see the outline of the padding in the bra (they are literally circles on a triangle). The bottom of the shorts roll the fabric is also incredibly thin. Not to mention gives you a very obvious 🐫 toe that can’t be prevented. I would honestly not recommend what so ever.

Do not buy!!!!! I am out of pocket by hundreds because of this company. They are selling absolute crap. The sizing is messed up, the material is cheap, the service is terrible. My scrunch shorts from Kmart are literally 100x better than this place. They are cheaply made in China somewhere and they are selling them for way more than they are worth. Do not fall for any of the Insta, or YouTubers who have brand deals with them because it is all a lie. You will come away so upset and have wasted your money. Please do not give them your business and go and spend your well earned money somewhere where they appreciate their customers and want return buyers.

Bought a pair of leggings and literally sized up because I didn’t want them to be too tight. Absolutely loved the way they looked but the first time I wore them to the gym, they ripped across my bum when I did a squat. Considering they were so expensive I think that is absolute crap. Don’t waste your money on these. Go to gym shark, never had a problem with them!

Got 3 pairs of shorts - the scrunch is super visible and they were not flattering on me at all and the colours were off - when I tried to return them- the only option I had is to get an exchange or credit store. I then tried to resolve it via their support - no response.
Now I stuck with $200 out of my pockets and products I am not going to wear anywhere. Do not recommend.

Only downside is slow turn around for exchanges.
6 business day transit back to Perth. Sits in their PO Box for a week before they collect it

Little pricey on the return label as well $12..

Then have to wait 5-6 days after exchange has been completed to receive new items after travelling from Perth back to me.

In total Nearly 2 weeks wait time from sending items back to the store and then receiving exchanged goods
Still not receiving goods until 26th

Product quality was crap, the pics online is deceiving and no refund and you pay both postage!

Never again!!

I got the ”Signature scrunch” set in vanilla and let’s just say I found my new favourite sets! I’m waiting for the other colours to come back in stock because I’m obsessed and the fit and fabric! I’ve tried most brands but no one comes close to velocity! My go to from now😍😍

THESE SHORTS ARE AMAZING! they way they actually shape my glutes and make my ass look insane! i got the orange and definitely getting more as the colour selection is beautiful!!!!!!!

Feels great BUT
The look & material of this top feels amazing on literally like butter BUT the top itself is horrible! As soon as I lift my arms up the top rides up and the bottom of my boob pops out and I have to keep pulling it down! Don’t think I will be able to any kind of work out with this! This top does not hold to your body! Any kind of movement it rides up!

The material feels amazing on BUT the waist band has no hold what’s so ever! As soon as I bend over it rolls down and I have to constantly pull it up! Wish I was giving a better review as the material literally feels like butter but I will not be purchasing again
