Do not buy this torch if you expect it to work with modern USB-C cables and plugs.The torch arrived dead. When I plugged it into my standard household chargers (including my iPad Pro charger and standard fast-charging bricks), it completely refused to take a charge. I sent it back under warranty, but customer service returned it claiming "no issue found."After extensive testing, I discovered the technical flaw: this torch uses a cheap, non-compliant USB-C port. It lacks the internal chip circuitry required to talk to modern "Power Delivery" (PD) smart chargers. It will only charge if you use an old, outdated, slow USB-A to USB-C cable paired with a basic 5V legacy phone brick.Selling a USB-C device today that is fundamentally incompatible with standard USB-C charging infrastructure is unacceptable and unfit for purpose. Customer service completely failed to acknowledge this manufacturing defect. Avoid unless you want to hunt down old cables just to use it.

I purchased the NB50 from the trade show in Bolton, they didn't have any as they sold out but one was post and arrived the day after, it was well packed and to my amazement it had a bible verse in the packaging bless you lot a velocity for making amazing work bags and spreading the word of jesus, the bag has separate pouches for your crock clips and a divider in the main compartment
