Buyers beware!
Buyers beware!! Bought a shower head that was broken, no refund issued, you then do research on the company and the product and bad reviews everywhere! It took 3 weeks for the broken product to turn up. Please do not use!

Pray there is not problem with product
Won't follow up on customer queries. Have had 2 transactions and 2 issues. I'd AVOID all together. You can get most their products on Temu for 10th the price if you wanted and ironically better customer care.
Irony that reply so late ...also irony that they sent a replacement and it got lost and then the third one took over 4 weeks to arrive.. just avoid this seller!!

Unfortunately we are unable to find an order attached with your name. You might have ordered elsewhere.
Regardless we are sorry about the situation. There are many resellers in the world selling similar product as ours, but the exact models we sell are ours and can not be found elsewhere.
