Date of purchase 10th June when no trust pilot info existed. Thankful to kind bank staff that spotted the egregiousness of this mess. Time for government to shift their butts.

It's literally hot garbage. Most things won't play. It jumps back to the beginning of the episode constantly. Only 25% will automatically go to the next episode. The next episode rarely works so you manually go to the next. Lastly it has missing episodes in 80% of the series. Literally hot garbage. Unfortunately my t.v. is old so I have to have roku to cast with castly because castly is garbage too.

Avoid they appear to be a scam but you won’t know until you place your order- they are on Google and I suspect have been rumbled - same with they alleged courier Belawans

Avoid Venabox – This Appears to Be a Scam
I ordered an expensive camera from Venabox on 7 June Shortly afterwards, I received an email with tracking details from a company called Balawans, which initially seemed legitimate.
However, the tracking updates quickly became suspicious. Every day, the parcel appeared to move between different ports, supposedly clearing customs and travelling through Antwerpen Port, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Newcastle, all within an unrealistic timeline. Eventually, the tracking changed to “Delivery attempt failed – waiting for recipient instructions.”
The biggest red flag is that every email address I have tried for both Venabox and the courier bounces back as undeliverable, making it impossible to contact anyone.
After reading other customers’ reviews, I discovered that many people describe exactly the same sequence of tracking updates and communication issues. It appears to be a repeated pattern rather than an isolated incident.
When I placed my order, there were no reviews available, otherwise I would never have gone ahead with the purchase.
Based on my experience, I strongly believe this is a scam. I would advise anyone considering buying from Venabox to be extremely cautious and avoid ordering until the company can demonstrate that it is legitimate and delivers the products it advertises.

Ordered, like everyone said, money taken straight away and got sent a phony tracking number for a courier company called Belawans
ALL emails bounced back and phone number doesnt work.
Have found details on companies house which I have forwarded to my banks fraud department

If i could give it 0 stars I would. I think pretty much a scam company. Ordered a hoover and 4 weeks later still waiting. 3 different emails bounced back as non existing and all phone numbers missing last digits. Said tried to deliver twice but no attempt whatsoever. All seems lies and no wayvto get in touch. Leave well alone

SCAM. Fraudulent tracking information sent to your email. Says delivered but no evidence of any delivery attempt on Ring doorbell. Absolute waste of time after a month of waiting for a drier to arrive from another country. Absolute low life people.

This Company appears to be scamming customers. I suggest avoiding them. Moral - If it seems like too good to be true it probably is. Like other users I purchased and received an acknowledgement instantly with a link to Belawans for shipment. After 4 weeks of not receiving the item but "tracking" it from Antwerp to Edinburgh to Glasgow to Newcastle to Middlesborough I was told that delivery had been appempted but failed. I was in at the alleged tome of failure and there certainly was no attempt made to deliver. My assumption is that Venabox and Belawans are fictitious and set up to scam potential customers. AVOID.

This is a fraudulent website using fake details to obtain peoples credit card numbers, they don’t stock any of the items they say they do. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE YOUR IDENTITY STOLEN!!!

I've also been scammed by Venabox and Belawans. Bought an expensive camera. Came from Antwerp, then Edinburgh, then Glasgow. Wasn't till it suddenly went to Newcastle Upon Tyne that I got suspicious. Tried sending emails to both companies. They don't exist.

Had to check for progress report of the package's progress from Antwerp to Edinburgh and then various locations in UK, seemed to be moving round the country, before declaring "delivery attempted, recipient Unavailable". Both Venabox and Belawans must non-existent bogus companies as all emails are undelivered.

Scam company. They also use a scam shipping company which also has its own website belawans.com
You’ll receive confirmation emails and even tracking updates, but they’re all fake.
