I would give this company no stars I’ve emailed them several times to tell them I’m not happy with the product and I want to return them for a refund they told me I can’t do that as they are in sale that is totally unacceptable I would like to warn everyone not to purchase from this company they are cheating people to buy from them I found better bags in the market

The coach bag does not look nothing like the picture and the design is completely different from what I had received what they show on the TikTok page is completely fake don’t trust this company anymore

Handbag is nothing like the picture on the site. I asked for a refund before the bag arrived as it took so long. They said they do not give refunds. Please don't buy from this site. I will be checking the reviews of every site from now on!

Bag took almost 2wks to arrive however was updated progress every couple of days. Bag arrived and im delighted with it, the only thing i would say is the colour is a bit different. I ordered cream and the bag has a definite yellow tinge. All in all very happy with my purchase

⚠️ Do not waste your money.
Items arrived over 3 weeks late and in three separate batches. The quality is extremely poor — cheap leather and the metal “C” looked rusted once the plastic was removed. I ordered multiple bags and none matched the website: wrong colours and even different bag styles than what was advertised. When I requested a return, I was told sale items are exchange or store credit only, so you’re essentially locked in even when the products are misrepresented. Very disappointing experience. Buyers beware.

Poor customer service. When I ordered it said it would take 7-14 days for delivery. It was over a month! I contacted them 3 times to be sent to same automated message, that it will be with me in 2-3 days. They ignored my request for a refund that I asked for twice. When the bag eventually arrived it was poor quality. Don’t waste your money.

Don’t even deserve one star. Bag I received nothing like what was advertised. I contacted customer service and the reply I got said that the video you see of items is for reference purposes only. So basically false advertising. Defo a scamming company!! DO NOT BUY FROM!!

Poor quality product and very disappointing service. When I tried to return the bag, they refused a refund and only offered store credit with conditions, forcing me to buy again. Sale item return restrictions were not clearly stated on their website. I would not recommend this store.

Bag is awful and poor quality and is nothing like the video and pictures.

Refused to refund and offered credit notes etc… I will not be buying anything again and will be reporting them to TSA.

Why haven’t trading standards unmasked these crooks?

AVOID. Items are falsely advertised. Advertised with incorrect dimensions. Advertised as textured leather, turns out to be smooth. Advertised with inside zips and pockets yet the real life item has nothing. Quality is awful, bags arrived marked, leather dented and freying. Customer services refusing to give a refund only an exchange. Absolutely horrendous.

Ordered a coach bag from them on TikTok and 3 weeks later it arrived. It was not in a nice box as shown on the advertisement video, it absolutely stank of glue and definitely not leather but a very cheap looking imitation. I contacted them the day it arrived for a refund/return to be told you can’t return sale items (all their stock is Sale) even though it says under the advertisement that you have 30 days to return. Do not waste your money the bags are rubbish and you could buy them for a fiver from a market stall.

Bought a Coach bag said it’s leather in their description - DO NOT BUY - cheap nasty looking bag has arrived after 3 weeks told me their video is for reference purposes but it’s their description on their website that’s misleading these people are duping people with their false advertising will not offer a refund just a credit note! Disgusting.

I purchased a bag from Vendita Milano and unfortunately had a very poor experience.

The bag arrived damaged, with the clip on the chain broken. In addition, the bag does not match the item advertised. The chain and the Chanel-style logo are a cheap yellow/gold colour, completely different from the colour shown in the listing, and it looks low quality compared to what was advertised.

I contacted the company immediately to explain the damage and the fact that the item was not as described. Despite this, they refused to issue a refund, which I find unacceptable given the condition of the item on arrival and the misleading product images.

Very disappointed with both the quality of the product and the customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

DONT BUY!!!! You won’t receive what is advertised on the website and when you try to return because you have received an item that is different to what has been advertised they will refuse it!!!!!!!

Please do NOT order from this scam company, they charge real leather prices for cheap, nasty fakes. I unfortunately fell for it as the coach bag in genuine leather was on sale from £145 to £45, when it came after 3 weeks wait it was cheap nasty smelling plastic which from Shein would have been £7, when I asked for a refund they refused saying sale items are not refundable. I wrote a review on tik tok warning others to which I was swiftly blocked. DO NOT get ripped off by this company, they are fraudsters

My bag came it was damaged dirty and looked absolutely nothing like the videos on there. I asked for a refund and they said I couldn’t have a refund because sale items are not refundable. I said the bag was damaged and dirty along with sending them photos and they still refuse to give me my money back. These people are crooks they shouldn’t be allowed to sell anything. The company should be shut down under trading standards. It’s disgraceful and dishonest. They also sent me an email saying the videos are just for guidance so they admit the bags look nothing like that.

DO NOT BUY!! BIGGEST SCAMMERS. These idiots have put their entire site on sale and written write on the bottom of the return page 'no refunds on sale items' and as their site is ALWAYS on sale, you will never get a refund from them even when the items are unwanted. Bags are completely different to pictures so when I requested to return them (FYI at my own cost) they pointed to the tiny writing on their return page. PLEASE DONT BUY- might seem tempting but they are big big big scammers
