Insurance agent fed up!

I have submitted COI's and documents on behalf of clients for years. It is always a struggle and time consumer to get COIs and endorsements approved. I upload the same docs year after year and continue to get notifications for non-compliance. I even chatted this last time and have the chat confirming approval. Yet roughly 10 days later I get another non-compliant email - call them and spend a good 1/2 hour getting it approved because there was no record from the chat that approved it. Very unorganized and hard to deal with. To me, it seems the EE's read a script and look at a template - instead of being well versed in insurance language and endorsements. I can only assume this is the case as I should not have to explain where to find the language and prove it is there. Vendors pay for a service that, in my opinion, does not have qualified employees to fulfill the vendors needs.

This company is hands down one of the…

This company is hands down one of the worst systems we’ve ever dealt with as a property management partner. Once you submit an invoice, you’re completely locked out, no edits, no corrections, no flexibility whatsoever.

What’s even worse is that their system allows you to enter incorrect information (like letters in an invoice number) without any warning, only to reject it later because they require numbers only. By that point, it’s too late to fix.

Because of this, we were forced to resubmit over 30 invoices and pay duplicate fees, something that could have easily been avoided with basic validation or the ability to edit submissions.

The platform is poorly designed, costly, and creates unnecessary headaches. Use at your own risk.

They never actually help the costum…

They never actually help the costumer service never actually check the coi’s and just say looks good
Been months and they keep giving us mistakes and keep saying we are good to be compliant
Worst company to manage documents
They should hire people who actually do their job
And not just waste our time we spend 40+ mins per every call just to always have an issue because this team is incompetent, if i could give 0 stars i would , a big F u to this company

It takes NUMEROUS emails and calls to get insurance approved. Almost lost customers due to them NOT doing their job. Even uploading it yourself doesn't help. They need to hire more employees or train the ones they have or replace them all. This is EVERY year!!!!!

Do not like working with this company

Never approves your insurance the first time. Every year i submit the same insurance, same language on thd insurance and they deny it. Have to and resubmit the same insurance! Call after call, email after email just gets exhausting. Some companies that use this company i turned down their business, if its not beneficial for my company. Terrible

This is by far one of the worst run company.

This is by far one of the worst run companies. They ask for a COI for whomever they represent but you have to send it 3-4 times a year as they seem to lose them about every other month. They continually ask for them over and over. They are done right but you still get a request again and again. They also don't know when a company they (did) represent has gone out of business as they keep hounding me for a COI on a company that been closed over a year. They have NO IDEA what they are doing except scamming companies for their services.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a scam that thrives on charging enrollment fees. We opted not to enroll after having paid the fee and they said we could get refunded as long as it was within 30 days when we request refund and now they’re saying sorry we can’t refund due to processing fees. Total BS. Stay away!!!

Nothing is easy..

Nothing is easy... NOTHING! Multiple phone calls, email after email, and things are still not right. The hoops that vendors are being asked to jump through are ridiculous. Every single vendor that has been asked to sign up with vendor credentialing has had nothing but headaches. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are confusing because of unintelligible phone operators, and ultimately nothing is ever resolved. Small vendors with one or two employees are being killed. Some vendors we have used for a decade without a single negative incident are now deemed unusable. Our property has a vendor right next door, the gentleman walks to our property, and they're telling him he needs to upgrade his auto insurance if he wants to continue to work for us. He doesn't use his vehicle... ever!
Completely frustrating and crippling service.

Absolute redundancy working with these…

Absolute redundancy working with these people.. I don't know how this is allowed per department of insurance but they sell products that are unnecessary to make it seem like they are offering a value.. Multiple and Multiple of redundant requests, phone calls, promises ALL to no avail.

Realpage vendor credentialing

Realpage vendor credentialing, if you want your vendor to refuse to work for you, then hire realpage. Realpage does not train their vendor support to recognize the different requirements each different type of business needs. The vendor will spend over a month trying to work with Realpage to no avail. If you ask to speak with a manager, they will hang up on you. Working with Realpage, which you pay to use their service, is FRUSTRATING and AGGRAVATING.

This company has terrible customer…

This company has terrible customer service. To start I have to do business through this company in order to work with a real estate/ property management company that I service. Since the start they take days to answer simple questions. As of now they are holding up payment because they will not upload documents that have been sent to them. Funny though I keep getting hit up by them to spend more money with them yet they can't even perform at a baseline of ok level. I am close to quitting service at this property management because of this company. If you have to join them expect weeks before you get into the system. As of today I have been fighting with them for 13 days just for a simple COI.
