Die Homepage von „Vendula London“ ist sehr übersichtlich aufgebaut. Die Beschreibungen der einzelnen Produkte sehr liebevoll und detailliert. Der Bestell- und Bezahlprozess ist unkompliziert. Es wird ferner stets darauf hingewiesen, dass ein Warenwert bis 150 € zollfrei ist. In der Regel dauert es ab Versand bis zur Lieferung zwischen 2-3 Wochen (je nachdem, ob Feiertage dazwischen liegen, kann es auch minimal länger dauern). Man wird von „Vendula London“ jedes Mal per email informiert, wenn die Bestellung dem Versand übergeben wird und erhält eine Trackingadresse durch welche man den postalischen Weg der Lieferung stets im Auge behalten kann. Wenn die Lieferung eintrifft: es wird in den allermeisten Fällen in einem hübschen, stabilen weiß-rosa-farbenen Karton geliefert. Innen mit rosafarbenem Seidenpapier ausgepolstert. Die Taschen, Geldbörsen usw. sind alle einzeln wasserfest in Plastiktüten mit Barcode verpackt; zudem in Staubsäcken verwahrt (entweder in rosa mit Firmenaufdruck oder in rotem Samt, wenn es sich um limitierte Auflagen handelt). Jedes Stück ist innen mit Papier ausgepolstert, damit sie ihre Form wahren und evtll. Auf dem Postwege nicht zusammengedrückt und geknautscht werden. Die liebevollen kleinen Details, für die „Vendula London“ bekannt ist, sind separat mit Plastikfolie geschützt … vor Reibung usw. Ich bin ein jedesmal begeistert, wenn ich meine Bestellungen auspacke, denn es ist einfach ein unglaublich sinnliches Gefühl und die Freude unbeschreiblich (fast wie früher als Kind unterm Weihnachtsbaum!) Die Ware ist aus „veganem“ Leder gefertigt; sehr schön und sorgfältig verarbeitet und begeistert mit diesen ganzen originellen Designdetails. Unmittelbar nach dem Auspacken riecht die Ware noch etwas streng - der Geruch verfliegt allerdings sehr schnell. Veganes Leder ist Kunstleder. Jedoch sehr stabil, robust und formtreu. Ich bestellte vor ca. 5 Jahren meine erste Tasche. Oft und gern getragen - bislang ohne Gebrauchsspuren, was von guter Verarbeitung und Robustheit zeugt. Mittlerweile nenne ich 9 Taschen samt Börsen mein Eigen. Bin grosser Fan der Shopingfront-Serien. Also Taschen mit Design von typisch britischen, kleinen Geschäften (The Orangerie, The Ceramic-Shop, The Flower-Shop, The Gin Bar….), aber auch die diversen Shakespeare-Theatre-Serien finde ich einfach entzückend. Ab und zu bekommen meine besten Freundinnen zu Geburtstagen oder Weihnachten auch das Eine oder Andere aus Vendula’s umfangreicher, phantasievoller Produkt-Reihen geschenkt und freuen sich begeistert darüber. Bei uns (in Oberbayern) gibt es nichts Vergleichbares … da sind wir echte Tendsetter! „ Vendula London“ bietet zudem ein interessantes Punkte-Rabatt-System an. Bei jeder Bestellung erhält man Punkte, die man beim Bezahlen von Nachfolgebestellungen einsetzen kann. Zudem gibt es jährlich bis zu 5 „Sales“, bei welchen auf die vorhergehenden Saison-Serien bis zu 50% Preisnachlass gewährt werden! Da wird natürlich das Online-Shopping für Fans und Sparfüchse richtig interessant!

The quality is very cheap

They have pretty things but the customer service is not good. I bought a bag. 4 days later it went on sale for 40 less. Here in the US you can let a company know and they will give you the difference or give you a store credit. They told me to mail back the purse at my own expense and buy another at the lesser price. So. They would lose 40. I would lose my postage. And if I had been given credit, I would have bought another bag. Worse yet, attached to the email conversation is a threat of action by authorities for acting abusive toward an employee. What??? I am all "please" and "thank-you!" It makes me want to misspeak and give them the number to my local police department so the cops can have a laugh. I should give them the FBI's number so they can report this negative review. It's just a weird company, not well run. Not rational. Try Loungefly - they have really cool stuff, less expensive, and they will treat you better.

Spedizione penosa. Sono 15 giorni che il pacco è fermo in Svezia. Da Londra alla Svezia per via aerea pure, rotta che neppure c'entra con la direzione "Italia". È la seconda volta che succede, non acquisterò mai più da loro. In due settimane facevo in tempo ad andare e tornare di persona a prendere sta borsa, ma a piedi. Aggiornamento al 17/04. Arrivato il pacco dopo 27 giorni e per poterlo ritirare ho dovuto pagare altri 49€....la dogana Inghilterra-Italia in teoria ho letto che doveva essere intorno ai 22€, vai a capire come giustificare i 49€ invece....mi spiace ma da questo sito, se non migliora le informazioni e la spedizione, non acquisterò mai più

Consegnata oggi, dopo solo una settimana di attesa. Spese di spedizione per l'Italia ottime a sole 13 euro. Borsa arrivata in perfette condizioni. Bellissima come tutte le borse Vendula

Terrible customer service. Received a wonky sewn bag for over 100 Euro. They tell me it is perfectly fine although I provided photos where you could clearly see how faulty the quality is. Will not purchase from their brand again.

Do not ever buy these bags as a gift! I love Vendula bags and have quite a few. My partner bought me one for a gift. I already had that design and because it was beyond 14 days of purchase I was unable to get a refund, exchange or a credit. I do not think it is unreasonable to expect to be able to get an exchange or a credit on a gift (I can understand not refunding). I am really upset as I’ve liked these bags for a long time and having no after sales care for customers is extremely off putting.

Bin total begeistert. Habe 2x bestellt, jedesmal kam die Bestellung super schnell. Produkte sind wunderschön und einzigartig. Qualität ist ebenso toll. Habe eine Geldbörse mit einem kleinen Perlenvorhang als Applikation gekauft, der hält super, obwohl ich beim Einräumen in den Rucksack nicht aufpasse. Werde sicher wieder hier einkaufen!

Très jolis sacs, originaux et colorés ; hélas je trouve ces sacs trop lourds de même que les accessoires qui sont vendus avec comme le portefeuille par exemple !

I was a previous customer of vendula products with no issues. Great products. You get what you pay for. They are so detailed, well thought out, totally different from anything else and amazing quality. Re price I still find them more reasonable than other named brands with plain design which I buy for work. I have recommended them to friends. I live in Spain so could have their products delivered directly to me but I know I would have to pay import tax not from the company but from the country's law so I order to a UK address and collect them on my visits or a friend brings the goodies over. It's not vendulas fault the postage in other countries takes so long or the duty having to be paid. Recently I ordered two products, they were sent together 48 hour tracked in uk, vendula sends you the tracking number for you to see where it is, the package never arrived at my address. After much time with the absolutely useless royal mail - the package was stuck somewhere in no mans land and even they couldn't locate it. I contacted customer service for the first time using the company. They were swift with their replies and after some communication back and forth we arrived at a solution both parties were happy with. It wasn't ideal as this took longer for me to receive my goods but again not vendulas fault but royal mail who couldn't track their tracked parcel and lost it. I'm giving 5/5 for products past and present, value for money and customer service. I was quite shocked with the bad reviews after reading them and so felt compelled to give credit where credit is due. Thank you vendula.

They sended very low quatlity item. The customer service did not help et all. I can send it back on my cost… I agree with the review before that foreign customers get probably the low quality products and the customer service is really unfriendly and terrible.

After reading through the reviews here I decided to chance it and order a bag. I'm glad to say I'm absolutely delighted with it! It's exactly as pictured and has a very high quality feel to it. I just received it so I can't speak for how long it lasts yet. Other people complained about the shipping times and the import duties. Yes the bag did take a while to arrive but that wasn't the company's fault as it was stuck in the destination country (Austria). They shipped out quickly. Yes I also had to pay import duties but again, that's local regulations and not something the seller can control. The actual product when it arrived is exactly what I wanted, so I'm delighted.

I prodotti sono originali e particolari... certo il prezzo non è economico considerando che non è pelle ( pelle vegana: un nome che va di moda per giustificare l'uso di prodotti di qualità inferiore alla pelle ma allo stesso prezzo). il problema è il confezionamento dei singoli articoli, imbustati in buste di plastica trasparente come prodotti cinesi, e per il trasporto sempre una semplice busta di plastica tipo cinese che non protegge nemmeno gli articoli da eventuali danni o urti! quindi per il prezzo che viene pagato, ritengo che un minimo di cura nel presentare gli articoli sarebbe il minimo! soprattutto quando si tratta di un oggetto da regalare! anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte... e la bustina di plastica trasparente non è certamente elegante e curata, e questo incide anche sull'immagine che un'acquirente si fa dell'azienda! scritto al servizio cliente per farlo presente.

Acquisto un portamonete con fantasia ceramica, arrivato un altro articolo con fantasia Halloween, Delusione totale, regalo di compleanno non gradito.

I don't understand why this company is getting some bad reviews. I ordered a great large wallet and lima handbag and they are both well constructed, have lots of organisation pockets etc but not too many.
Ive had both for well over 1 year and have used them weekly and they still look as new.
I can only give my honest experience and often you're more focused on reviewing companies who wrong you, but some companies do so well and get lost. Its important to try to give balanced reviews.
I would buy again from this company :)

I bought a lovely bag and phone case, but l ended up sending them back the bag didn’t suit me, but after two weeks the phone case frayed and looked awful it’s like I have had it years.

The customer service from this company is awful it’s been a nightmare to send them back they never refunded me the postage when they said they would.

I ordered a lovely bag and the fake leather got damaged after 1 day. I contacted customer services, who told me it was "normal tear and wear". I was very disappointed when they told me they would do absolutely NOTHING, not even fix the bag. Never again!

Beware of 50% - 70% off sales from this company if you live overseas. I ordered 2 wallets and a 3 way belt purse, a cute little Paw Spa storefront mini purse for a Christmas gift for my mother. The purse came with black marks that ran vertical throughout the storefront scene on the front vinyl flap and a huge ink smear that ran along the entire bottom of the flap. We were in shock. The inside of the packaging was clean and the wallets were fine. The packaging slip was under the purse, so they knew they were sending out a defective purse. When I contacted customer service, I was pretty angry. Long story short, they told me I could send it back at my cost and that the defect marks were normal. We managed to get the long ink smear mark across the bottom off with non acetone remover but the marks on the vinyl art are permanent. Thankfully, I only buy sale items when considering a new online store because I've lost confidence over the past years with retail. At this point, it wouldn't make sense to lose more money to ship back a purse I bought at 70% off. I thought it was a clearance deal but the design is still available at normal prices, so I think this company was dumping defective product knowing the international customer would not return an item at their cost, especially one they got for such a large discount. Very dismissive. I would not recommend this company, their regular prices are too high for the lack of quality, zero accountability and their attitude is, "you get what you get."
