Absolutely crap.

Absolutely crap.. wont stay together had to glue every piece for it to stay in one piece.. waste of money...would not recommend at all

A fed up customer!…

I am really fed up with ordering goods and when I receive them they are too tight in size. With respect, the idea of large in the east is complete different from the west. So anther waste of about £30 of my hard earned money! Trousers much too short and small but posting will cost too much!

Great producers. Needles are so sp much better than I have used on the past. The reel i watched was so true which iwas surprised by.

Redeemed themselves!

I ordered 2 of these glass smashing items to keep in the car incase of any accident which may result in being unable to open doors or windows! we have all seen these items advertised. Well placed an order for 2 ,weeks ago ,have asked the company many times for information on my delivery, they now tell me they have arrived at my local post office sometime at the beginning of September and I need to collect it before it gets returned back to them??? So ive asked why do I have to do the search around. All the PO's in my area when I paid for delivery to my door??? Just get the same reply , go and collect before it gets returned back,and so on and so on * UPDATED REVIEW!!!
Well after a few replies and requests for a full refund im happy to say I was fully refunded so they have redeemed themselves.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

I placed an order in good faith, and paid for item. On delivery the item was of bad quality and was too short so i contacted the company to ask for refund. the refund policy states
What is the company return policy?
A: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
They have advised that to return the item is too expensive in shipping fees but if i want to pay another £4.49 they will send another item out. I have refused this option and requested a refund, all i am receiving now is you query has been answered and no more communication. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE unless you want to loose your money
