I had an electrical issue with my 2.5 year old DongFang (Ghust) motorcycle. I bought the bike in 2024 from Venom Motor Sports. It has been a good bike over all. I had to replace a couple of small items in the first year which Venom supplyed free because it was still under warenty. The bike has run trouble free ever since - until about two weeks ago. The electrical issue happen just over night. I called Venom and they put Rod on my case. Rod called and emailed me the very next day. He is very knowageable about the Ghost and lead me wrie by wire as we together went through the electrical system. What really impressed me was his courtesy when I had to leave for about three days right in the middle of our work. When I got back, he was ready to pickup just where we were when I left. In another two days we found the problem and fixed it before we finished the video call.

The process was smooth and easy. Alvin was very helpful in assisting me with my parts needs. I highly recommend Venom Motorsports products.

I bought a carbon exhaust for my bike. It came separately with it and they told me to cut it. The exhaust I went to an exhaust shop. I would have to get an external metal piece to weld it on there. They said they couldn't do it. So I called venom, what they can do. I would have to buy another carbon exhaust. And a pipe, it would give me a twenty percent discount

Customer support is always quick and helpful with finding the parts I need and I always receive my parts within a few days to a week at most.

I have a Superbike 250cc. I need to replace the brake lever. I called at 9am spoke to Alvin. He looked in the inventory and advised me that it showed out of stock. Alvin then advised me that he would talk to the back-end team to see if they are able to find one. He informed me that I would get a follow up via email. Before 2pm I recieved an email from him letting me know that they were able to find what I need. So happy for the service and how fast it was. Alvin was also very professional

Dave with parts has been so helpful in getting parts for my new to me Venom Grizzly 125. Responses are quick and on time as promised! Will definitely be using Venom Motorsports to maintain my quad as Amazon is so hit and miss. Pricing is the same or better as well

I bought a 50 cc Venom x21 from them, 8 months ago, and we regret it to this day. We are having problems with it regularly. Either it would not start or the seat will not lock or electrical problems/ fuses, electric starter does not work anymore, so we kick start, for now, or would not get any speed out of it or battery strap broke, almost lost the battery or when it was delivered , brand new, it had a striped handle. Also the fact that WE have to be the mechanics because they do not have stores in Quebec, to bring it in to have it fixed. The worst purchase of my life, up to now and I am 68. I am going to try and sell it or if that does not work, I might bring them to Small Claims Court! Very nice looking bike but... They did phone us a few days ago but since then nothing. They had told us they would locate a repair shop for us, near us also. Still waiting. As for parts yes they did send them to us but this time it is a major problem, short cucuit somewhere and they said we will send you the wiring harness but still waiting. They say we supply parts but not labor coverage!!! Quebec laws state they have to pay both. Even if their warranty says they do not. Sorry, but laws are laws. They even told me, do not do this job yourself. Consumer protection agency says they have to pay labor and if they do not , take them to S.C.C. and I would win easily.
