Appalling customer service!
I gave one star because I had no alternative!
It's proving impossible to return the goods- hearing aids. An absolute rabbit hole for emails, after an initial request for images of the unopened box and my reason for return. All of this was supplied several times in a little dance around of confusion, then the emails ceased.
One message stated quite categorically that opened goods cannot be returned. Therefore, folk who find in use their product to be unsatisfactory seem to have no rights, despite the 30 day trial declaration.
In my case, after my husband was advised against generic aids, I decided to return the package completely intact; no seals broken. I supplied images on request and that's when the emails dropped away!
I hope this helps others to avoid using the company.

I ordered an item rated 4.5 stars, when tracked my order after receiving the tracking number the ratings had decrease to 1.2 stars. Seeing that I tried cancelled the order as it was rated bad, but ther was no way of doing so. After contacting the merchant I received no reply I email and messaged but still no response after a few days I contacted them again and asked for a cancellation, after a long wait the cancelled my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE THEY DONT HAVE A CANCELLATION OPTION.

I purchased some hearing aids for my parents. They are nothing like the description. I’m now trying to get a refund. They keep ignoring my messages and when they do eventually reply it’s all nonsense. The latest was they have had a natural disaster!

Sold me a camera as magnetic, I did not receive a magnetic camera so I asked for refund.
Said would refund, takes ages to reply then stats had over a month, and won't refund

I ordered a dog tracking system which arrived, although late. I realised that this was not suitable for our needs and as they had stated I could return within 30 days I tried to do so. I contacted them stating the box was unopened and how to return. After several more messages to them I received an email asking for my order number and a photo graph to show the unopened box , this I did… twice!! I’m still waiting for a response and I’m £178 out of pocket. Im really angry that I can’t get any response and I now have a dog tracking system that is no good to me . Ventayo if you do read this (which I doubt) please let me know if I can return for a refund. I would not advise anyone to deal with this company I’ve been done

I ordered a watch in order to track various health issues. It failed to do what was advertised. When I asked for information to return it and have my money refunded, I entered a bizarre series of emails that appeared to be sent from a person with mental issues. This lasted about a month, then they stopped all communication. I wish I could rate them less than one star! I'm astonished that Amazon and Google appear to still be allowing them to trade on their sites. How does the company get away with this behaviour?

I now know to check reviews with Trust Pilot!

The watch was received but only worked for 6 months. I presumed it had a one year guarantee but they are refusing to replace or refund.

Don’t waste your money or time!

I returned an item as it was not suitable sent in proof of return label still not got a refund it’s been weeks had to contact my bank to get my money back, don’t buy anything from them, customer service is really bad.

SCAM WEBSITE !! Should have read the reviews, purchased item had no notification of shipping emailed and chase via web chat took three days to get a response to be told item is out of stock no response to my message for full refund now when I go to track it states website is not available AVOID

Ordered a garden ornament of dancing fairies, I thought from a UK company. Delivery took 12 days and updates showed it was coming from China. Eventually arrived and it's utter rubbish. Only resembled the photo in that there were 3 fairies and one suspect dandelion, but not with the finesse and detail that the photo showed. It also didn't fit together as there was no thread on one end and a bobble of metal inside, so it was not fit for purpose. I emailed immediately. Sent photos, comparing the item to the advert and the fault. They wanted a video of it not fitting together. I provided one. They still say it left them in perfect working order. Impossible. They offered a replacement, but I don't want one because it's rubbish and not worth the money, especially as they are on another cheap Chinese site for 7.99. they are now ghosting me. Do not touch this company.

What a nightmare company.My order shipped from China never arrived.Their 'customer service' is non existing and non responding. I lost awful amount of time and nerves asking for refund which they never give.I had to ask my bank to intervine.A lesson for a lifetime, please do not buy from them!!!

The watch I bought broke after a few weeks, I contacted Ventayo but was told their returns and replacement ‘warranty’ was only ONE MONTH!
What happened to giving 12 months warranty like 99% of other companies? Although the item was (relatively) cheap I would still have expected them to replace an item that was only a few weeks old! Not impressed !!!!

I purchased a garden sculpture. On arrival, the item was scratched and broken. I immediately contacted the company, who initially seemed concerned and asked for photos, which I provided ...no response! Eventually, they replied to ask me to return the item, but did not provide a return address. I've been chasing for over 3 weeks now and still no response. I have reported the company to the Fraud Dept in my Bank now.

This company should be band from all selling sites as no refund and no free return label.

Don't bother I received the totally wrong item so when I got in touch after loads of emails photo to show what I had and wanted to return guess what no luck they said it was the right one for one they sent a rend one should have been blue so believe me stay well clear time for google to remove this site

Truly awful quality and service. Cheap import that broke during assembly. Unresponsive and unhelpful when trying to deal with the item. Still trying to get my money back. Avoid at all costs

I ordered 2 hearing aids from Ventayo.
Price , including insurance £140. Ordered it on line. During the last seconds of ordering a message flashed on the screen.
Stating that there was a 60 %=discount on the £140, making it £55; approx .
Naturally I quickly pressed this . Then the nightmare started . The approx £55 was Added to my bill ,so instead a final total of £190 was charged. After contacting them ,they gave me the approx extra £55 back.
I was so disgusted that I tried to immediately cancel the order
This they would not do.
I believe legally they should have only charged a total of approx £55 due to their stated 60 %discount quote.
Still not received the items.
Communication responses are terrible.

Deal with these people if you want complete stress.

This company is nothing but a scam.
I bought a smart watch in April which I returned because it was faulty. Three months later, nothing, no watch no refund. They lie about their products and cheat customers out of their money. I was hoping for a solution, No refund, no response—just silence.
Stay away from this fraudulent company! They are scamming people with false advertisements and fake customer support. What a shame!
