Bought hearing aids from this so called company. The do not work at all. I asked to return them and was asked to send photos, which I did. Was ignored following many emails. I eventually got a reply saying a higher department looked at the photos and deem the hearing aids to be working????? They drop ship rubbish from China and steal money from you. BEWARE

Do not use this company.
The goods I received were poor quality badly packed and damaged. Despite sending photos they insisted that their specialist team saw no damage !!
They do not honour their return policy or your rights to a full refund. Instead they offer a paltry discount. I had to battle to get a 50% refund which is not good enough for a product that was not even worth that.
A very shoddy company.

I ordered a reversing camera. It requires an app to work. When I load the app it wants my credit card details which I will not give so the device is useless. There was no instruction booklet. The contact phone number for these people is false. update. I used ApplePay instead of my credit card. It then took me to 24haid.com and told me that it would charge me £29.99 in three days. I have contacted Apple Support who have told me that they will not allow them to take any money from me. Update 7th March: After numerous requests I finally received a partial refund for the faulty goods. The had the audacity to charge me for the return postage.

I ordered a pest repellent which indicated that there were 4 items as detailed on the image on their website. When received there was only 1 item which was not what I expected. When originally purchasing the item there is no mention that the “pack” contains 1 item and implies that there are 4 items on the website image.

The description “Pack” indicates it contains 4 as per the image and there would be 1 pack containing 4 items. As such I didn’t feel that the product is worth £24.95. Even the description on the order form "Infrared Solar Powered Animal Pest Repeller × 1 - 1 Pack is not clear. It is also worth mentioning that nowhere on the website does it say "Infrared Solar Powered Animal Pest Repeller × 1” it simply refers to "Infrared Solar Powered Animal Pest Repeller”.
I eventually received a response after 3 seperate emails asking me to return the item and they provided a postage label. I returned the item, showed proof of dispatch but 3 months later I am still awaiting a refund despite endless emails. If you try and call them this is a premium phone number so again is costing more money to obtain a resolution.

Do not deal with this company they are totally unreliable and appalling customer service.

I ordered a cordless grass trimmer with metal blades and received a basic strimmer. I told them straight away that there had been a mistake and despite many emails and sending an image of the incorrect item twice Ventayo has not corrected the situation. I have had to source the item elsewhere. Paypal is not an option and credit cards don't refund under £100 so I am stuck with an inferior product. I will never use Ventayo again.

It arrived 20 days later. It isn't in Gold as ordered. I asked for my money back as soon as I read the reviews, about a week after I ordered it. No response ever!! The watch is rubbish. You have to put in your own data, eg for sleep. Difficult to use, buy a trusted brand. It comes from China of course so it is probably spying on me!

Ordered an ultrasonic squirrel repeller. Advert said money back if it doesn't work, and guess what it doesn't.

Not even replying to emails now.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Received a refund today after week's of trying. Had contacted my bank for a chargeback and advised the company that I was also going to contact UK Trading Standards then miraculously I had an email next day (18 Feb) advising refund on way and it arrived today. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. SHAME THERE US NOT A ZERO SRAR REVIEW.
Ordered a pair of mens boots which are too small. Tried to get in touch with company over email and form on the website several times. Twice got a message asking for pictures (why they need those when they're just too small I don't know). Feel like they are fobbing me off. THEY HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH THIS AND ME TO UPDATE THIS REVIEW. Come on Ventayo.

I ordered a pillow from this company on 12th December that arrived 1 month later (13th January 2025). I did not open the parcel and tried to contact them 4 times by email to ask for a return label but they will not respond. I wanted to return the parcel for a refund as I no longer wanted the item due to the late delivery. The parcel was also torn and extremely grubby. There appears that there is no way to contact them other than by email but they just ignore this request.

Poor quality. They won't allow me a refund. Don't use them. Delayed response

Rubbish cheap product that they sold for £19.99 that I found afterwards on Amazon for £7.99. I tried to cancel the order before it was shipped but they still went ahead and sent the order out. Don’t waste your money or time ordering from this company.

Do not enter into any transfer of funds to this company. Trustpilot should not even list them as a legitimate company, undervalues trustpilot.

Scam website don’t use, impossible to contact they want you to use shop app so no buyer protection , item arrived broken lost £30 will try recover through credit card wish I had checked reviews prior to buying

Took weeks to arrive. delivery/tracking details outrageously bad.
When the product arrived it bore no resemblance to the product on the website. Cheap and nasty. Never ever buy from this website. Its a con!!

This company is a farce. I ordered a garden sculpture which looked great on their website but was cheap tat when it arrived. I requested a refund the day the item arrived and eventually got a reply asking for a photo of the item. I had no response to this until I asked my bank to dispute the transaction. Funnily enough now I've had a return label and emails asking me to reverse the charge back.........no chance! My advice is if you can't get a refund go through your bank.

I bought a very cheap brand new metal detector for £100, it works and for the money paid it was a fair price. Thankfully imine was a good experience.

Do not part with any money to fill the pockets of these rogues… like a mug I bought a ‘cheap all singing all dancing’ hearing aid. 3 weeks in they stopped working. Sent them back in pre paid packaging they sent me and they did not respond for around a month. Eventually they did asking me for purchase receipt ! They sent it to me but I sent what they asked for. Anyway after another 4 emails and I’ve had no replacement, no refund and they are ignoring my emails. So money down the drain to these unscrupulous scumbags. I should have read reviews so lesson learned…..avoid like the plague please!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrendous
Do not ever buy from this company, damaged product arrived with no box,asked repeatedly for return barcode and no replys ,now taking legal action against them.
I will never ever use them again.

ZERO STARS - USE VENTAYO AT YOUR PERIL!! SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!! The garden fairy sculpture I ordered was nothing like the photo or as described on Ventayo's website, looked 3D arrived it was 2D. Very poor quality. Numerous requests for return instructions and refund have been totally ignored.
