Terrible company, cut my phone line and our neighbours as well while replacing the door, left us with no lights, internet for three days, then said they could only reimburse for invoice but not getting anyone to fix it themselves. Customer service ignorant with no response for weeks! Unprofessional, leaving mess everywhere and covering baby seat in debris and dust! Door replaced 17th July, it’s the 4th of September and they are still to attach the door number that has been “ordered” 7 weeks ago. Disgusting experience overall really.

Been with them for years maybe not the cheapest but always reliable and do a good job.

Judging by the mess left behind by your engineer at the block of flats where I live i wouldn't trust them to blow a match out let alone inspect and test fire safety equipment talk about slap dashed lazy workmanship I recommend your employees are sent for mandatory eye tests.
