The item I ordered was an exact replacement for one that had developed a defect. I was so pleased to find a replacement as the item(s) have been discontinued by the manufacturer, (what were they thinking?). Delivery was even a day early and the item is perfect.
Free fast shipping, grill in perfect shape, appeared unopened , brand new. Much cheaper than other options.
Working great, a little upset because of some nicks on the front. Didn’t understand that I was getting a refurbished product

I bought a refurbished Shark pedestal fan from Verdi at an excellent price. It arrived quickly and has been a great addition to my sewing room (which gets stuffy when I close the door) so as not disturb my family.
Quality factory refurbished products at killer savings with optional reasonably priced extended warranties. I ordered a router and the product arrived quickly, was well packaged and works well.

Bought a refurbished monitor which immediately stopped working after two months. At that point, the 30-day warranty had ended and I had no recourse in getting my money back for the defective monitor.

I'm really pleased with the quality. Even though this is refurbished, my JBL speaker looks and sounds like it's brand new. The site is easy to shop. The order shipped very quickly and arrived 2 days later! I had tracking updates get sent to me regularly. I will shop here again.

Upon arrival we were made most welcome by KESAR on reception who was most informative whilst checking us in and also upgrading our room.
His advice on the surrounding area including restaurants, shops and hotel and sister hotel spa etc was spot on.
In general all the staff members were extremely helpful and welcoming the staff in cafe24 were great and welcomed having a chat and discussion on the drinks supplied.
Both AMIT who extended our check out and MARCO on reception were delightful
