I have used various companies to complete background checks for me and Veremark have been the most consistent I have found them to be helpful and supportive, the system they use is very easy and I had no trouble at all completing any of the information required.

The platform was straightforward and easy to navigate. Completing the required details took only a few hours, mainly due to the need to retrieve supporting documents. Overall, the process was quick and easy to understand. The support team’s outreach for additional clarification was professional and timely.

Efficient and fast response when it came to my background check.

It was a smooth process. Although unfortunately I couldn't join the organisation at this moment due to the medical reasons and the company had to put my offer letter on hold but the instructions in the process were crystal clear and the call from the HR Head, Ms Josie, helped me clearly understand the reason of holding of my offer letter. I truly appreciate how polite and understanding she was. Thank you to the whole team for making this process so smooth for me. :-)

The process was very simple and straight. Follow-up on referee not responding was prompt and kept me on my toes.

All good! I was able to fill in all the information in one day because I already had most of it from previous background checks I’ve done with other vendors.
The main difference is that other companies usually contacted the work references I provided. This one seems more oriented toward verifying the work relationship rather than getting an endorsement.

The instructions are detailed and easy to understand. They will notify the user in 24 hrs if the survey was not yet completed by the end user.
