Most transparent rental platform I've come across
In contrast to pretty much all other real estate platforms (rental) i've used in Amsterdam, verhuurbeter was the most transparent, diligent and most importantly customer focused platform in this very hard rental market.
Anyone who is looking for a fair access to rental agreements in Amsterdam should give this platform a shot. Pricing is also fair for what you get.

Best rental experience I've had in 3.5 years!
As an expat living in the Netherlands for the past 3.5 years, I’ve rented through several different organizations, and Verhuurbeter.nl is easily the best. Misleading to say the least
The platform makes it seem like you can apply, but after paying you find absurd requirements that make you ineligible for most listings - even if you meet the income requirements.
This isn’t clearly explained upfront. It feels like you’re encouraged to sign up first, only to find out later you can’t actually use the service.
Would not recommend.

Cheap and quick
I was working with a rental agent that would charge us 1 month comission and still found a place faster and cheaper with Verhuurbeter. The staff is also helpful and friendly. Will rent with them again. Thank you for your help Kim and Sasja especially:)

I really like the process VB uses, it is fair and logical. My experience has been positive, I was on the waitlist for about 4-5 months and found a perfectly located apartment that I'm happy with.
