Veritas recently sold my Coffeeshop in the Cotswolds. Considering the currant climate (Covid19 pandemic) with the challenges it created, I was able to eventually finalise the sale with Dean's professionalism. He was available and always got back to me immediately seven days a week.

Recently sold our cafe through Veritas. The service Mike offered throughout the whole process knocked spots off another local agent. We feel safe and secure knowing he was doing his best to help us sell. We felt confident in Mike, he absolutely knows his role and for that we are truly grateful. During this difficult pandemic, Veritas still managed to find interested parties to view my business, and very quickly, secured a genuine buyer whom put down a deposit to buy my business in 2 days. Mike was chaotic, disorganised and rude. I paid out for pre planning, planning and a valuation all the while he continued to market the property without my knowledge. He was completely unethical trying to get me to pay £6000 so I wouldn’t get gazumped (which he actively encouraged) I lost nearly £1000 in the process. I have never experienced such Bad business practice. He claimed this is how commercial sales worked....absolutely not true this is how Veritas works! Avoid!

I would recommend veritas sales for anyone wishing to sell their business, Dean was on hand every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble, he was there from the start to finish.sorting out any queries from buyers or solicitors. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
