Really poor quality clothing at premium prices . Took ages to arrive as they come from china , nowhere is this stated . AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY VERY MISLEADING & WON'T REFUND FOR THEIR ERRORS!

Was sent 2 Items, 2 Lilac Suits, when what I ordered was a Lilac Suit (Blazer & Trousers), & a Light Blue Suit (Blazer & Trousers), intended for a wedding/for any business/work appointments. The Lilac suit was more a Purple grey, the Blazer was okay, though not cut to size properly & were 3 quarter length sleeves when the picture on the website showed full length sleeves. The item was also of poor quality with bits of thread hanging off & it wasn't a good fit, ordered a 10 which generally is my size & were too big. There was no labels or tags with the products I was sent & on the returns policy it said it had to come back as it was packaged with the tags & labels on (when they arrived with none & it was like they were sending me someone else's return as well as a different item to what I ordered). We did have a few email interactions & it seemed getting a returns form was initially difficult & they did try & get me to give in to like a 10% return. I persisted and they eventually gave me a returns form. So I sent it back as they asked both items to the return address which they gave me which was in China, it appeared to be processing in customs in France for a longtime with no reason and then when it said it was delivered to the destination, it wasn't delivered to the destination, it was delivered back to myself. They have been a little less responsive in terms of trying to get a refund which I am owed & to send it to the returns address was over £30 which I had to pay for and not the company itself. I have emails to and from this company which I shall be keeping etc as proof. The picture on the website is very misleading & looks better quality & different to the product that arrives, like they've taken a picture from another website to use on theirs & it is very difficult to get your money back. In addition when I ordered the company's address was saying it was in the UK in covenant garden, & no mention of China on their returns policy on the website from what I can see. They may have updated it now to look like it was always there & legit (I purchased in November 2025 & it wasn't just said UK) & then on my bank it says Verlura US so it has 3 different addresses, and they may all be illegitimate. I looked up the addresses afterwards which I should've done before on Google maps & it just looked like an office block or some scaffolding & not a real address of a warehouse or shop, or that they were just paying & using an address of an office block to look legit so they can con people. I have yet to receive my refund & I was advised previously to report them to action fraud which I have done. They have been reported to both my bank & action fraud, they make it incredibly difficult to get a refund etc even if at first they originally seem or try to appear friendly, helpful & wanting to help. Please AVOID this company at ALL costs. IT IS A SCAM. There is also a possibility (look at the similarities with the Black & White Logo & type that it is related to or maybe the same company operating under different names e.g. Jesse London, ALSO A SCAM, there could be more). I wish I'd looked at these reviews before, there are a lot of negative consistent reviews all saying the same thing, & any positive reviews appear to be either by their own employees or AI generated. I didn't & haven't received my refund & a dispute has now been raised. Order number #2397. I purchased from them in November, received end of November 2025, then being trying & failing with the return & refund ever since & it's now 31/01/26. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I probably would also give 0 Stars if there was an option the 1 star is because it was the lowest I could go & they did actually send me a product although wrong & poor quality.

Disappointed.

BUYER BEWARE. The worst purchasing experience. I bought two pairs of gloves anticipating the winter season and they never were delivered. When I asked if I could have them shipped again or if I could receive a refund, the customer service was difficult to reach and then they ultimately never responded. So they received my money and never delivered the product. Based on the other awful reviews I guess I shouldn't be surprised -- still, I was ultimately swindled and still need gloves.

Do not use

As with everyone else, using this site was a terrible experience. Nowhere on the website does it say that returns must be sent to China at the customer’s own expense, but that is what they demanded if I wouldn’t take store credit. It is run by a UK based company but their fulfilment centre is in China apparently. Just another company misrepresenting itself to dupe people into buying poor quality goods in the hope that resistance to returns will stop people from bothering. Unluckily for them, I am not one of those people.

Edit after receiving reply from Verlura. You are fully aware which order this relates to because we have been in repeated email correspondence about it. In addition, it doesn’t really matter because the same applies to all your returns, so this could literally be any order requesting a return. You do not have any intention to resolve it, merely to keep reiterating the same offer to refund 20% of the value. The alternative you are still giving me is to return it to China at my expense which “may take 8 or more weeks” and which will “result in the item being held in customs” over which you “have no control”.

Wasn't sure at first

Wasn't sure at first, but my item came before Christmas, it was as ordered, it does make you think they are UK based, but was happy with service.
I emailed them and came back to me within 24hrs.

AGREED - BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

Wish I could give minus stars! Normally I check this site before buying, could have saved myself a lot of trouble.
I bought a coat, photo looked good and as others have said was supposed to be UK based.
When I received the coat, it was paper thin, in fact paper would probably be sturdier. No lining, wrinkled so bad it looked like someone had slept in it and a button missing. I went back and forth with Olivia, who at one stage told me the clothes were preowned when i told her it didn't look new, when i asked her to point this out on their website, she backtracked (within 20mins) and told me no, they're all brand new 🤷🏻‍♀️. I was then offered the same as everyone else, full credit to spend on their website but you have to pay shipping (i kid you not), really? Would i want to buy anything from them again? 10% refund which went to 20 then 50 when I told them I was going to my CC company.
When I told her that's not acceptable and I've spoken to the CC company I was told I'd get a full refund, which went through today.
So, unless you enjoy throwing your money away and fighting to get it back, avoid at all costs.

Do not buy from this website

Agree with all the other reviews DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I was lead to believe it was uk based and ordered 6 of my bridesmaids dresses from here at £49. They arrived in zip lock bags, completely see through and cheap material. I have tried so hard with Olivia (the supposed CEO) of this company to come to a mutual agreement due to the false advertising, and my only options are; 100% store credit (I would never trust to order anything from this site after my experience) a 10% refund which I managed to get to 20% or I can post back to china at my ow expense. This is honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with online shopping. I have gone back and forth for days to find an actual resolution and they do not budge. I just wish I read these reviews before falling for their scam of a website. So disappointing.

Not uk based as stated ,item shipped from china which takes 2 weeks or more,item now where near picture ,it is acutally laughable ,they offered a refund 10% then 20% then said i could send it back but most likely go misding at customs
It is under the english law act 2017 too sell via uk business but foreign dispatch or maker,the business and dress says U.K
When i argied this case they shut my ticket down and refuse the dispute
I asked for a refund minus their postage

Avoid as you have to spend money to return faulty goods

Edit reply : It’s been a month you have been dealing with me , hence i wrote this review . I’m still out of pocket . The the final result will remain unchanged no money or 10% or send to china …. I ordered a cardigan for 50 pounds long Aline.. the quality was worse than something in a second hand shop or worn . The stitching is like an 8 year old learning to stitch. A hole in shoulder and they said they will refund me 10% of 50 pounds and keep cardi lol , Or i bare the cost of damage item . You have to return to China not London . Do not buy as it has taken me over a month to argue my case. Still no refund . I bought a cardigan for from uk shop on sale for 18 pounds and amazing quality .

0 Stars. The Company is a SCAM. They use the return address to China and the return address is a scam, the company is registered in London. I do not understand why I am not returning item to London.

ALSO, EVERYTHING FROM ALIBABA. THE MODEL AND CLOTHES ARE NOT THEIRS. THE CLOTHES COME CHEAP

Also, they try to lie about my package will get stuck in customs and it may delay the process. I just feel this is a way to fraud me out of my money by the address they had provided

Absolute scam

Absolute scam, the item I received was nothing like the item on the website. The cut was all wrong, the leg length too short on a jumpsuit (I am only 5ft5 myself and clothing coming up too short is certainly not an issue for me normally) and the fabric completely see thru.

I have since followed the refund policy and they have only offered a 10% refund and that I pay the return cost...to CHINA! Not the UK as stated there website to be online.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! I will be reporting this company as a scam and for loss of money!

Do Not order anything from this site

If I could give zero rating I would, I ordered a coat which looked lovely in the picture but when it came about 2 weeks later it was absolutely awful, the material was so thin you could see through it when held up in the light, it was advertised as a winter coat with pockets, it had fake pockets and is definitely unsuitable for winter! I had no idea it was coming from China no where on their website does it state that it was, their contact address is in London. I’m absolutely fuming it cost me £49 and if I want a full refund I’ve got to send it back to China costing ME £23 and then I’m not guaranteed a refund.I’ve been offered 20% partial refund or ordered another item, why would I order another poor quality item? I have asked for 50% partial refund but they said they couldn’t do that. This company should be shut down it’s appalling they are selling items under false advertising. I would advise anyone not to buy anything from these people.
