Great customer service

Great quality products, delivery was quick. The courier used weren't very careful with the package and as a result it arrived damaged. Within 72 hours I had a replacement delivered, undamaged, at no extra cost. The standout of the whole experience was the lovely customer support agents I had handling my case.

Excellent quality and customer service

I have bought two desks from Vernal and the build quality far exceeds any similarly priced desks.

I had an issue with the worktop being damaged in transit with the last order, but Vernal customer service were excellent! They responded rapidly and the issue was resolved without any fuss or delay.

Highly recommend Vernal and their products

good company and well packaged

I have had the Vernal Standing Desk for almost a week now and delivery was quick, placed the order on a Thursday. The top arrived on the Friday and the legs arrived on the Monday. The order was well packaged. I will be purchasing more accessories from Vernal in the future.

The desk shelf was easy to assemble and…

The desk shelf was easy to assemble and the packaging was really great, there was rubber corners around the shelf so it wouldnt get damaged.
The colour is spot on and just overall looks great.
I got the walnut smaller size to put on a flexispot desk and its perfect.

All but one parcel was delivered OK

All but one parcel was delivered OK. One parcel damaged and needs a replacement.
Confusing to have so many delivery notices for almost every single item - it was quite difficult to keep track of what had been delivered and what had not.

I had ordered a table

I had ordered a table. One piece arrived last week and am trying to get an estimated time of delivery of the other critical piece but cannot seem to get a direct answer!
Following this Clara, Customer Service Manager, took control of the situation. Firstly, she acknowledged that their internal processes needed reviewing and through that honest approach made sure through constant communication that the last piece was delivered without further delay. Once the piece arrived she followed up to ensure everything was ok. The final assembly was smooth, the table a gift to my dad on his 90th birthday, for his study looks amazing. It is solid, excellent quality and family and friends have commented on what a wonderful mpiece of furniture. Credit goes to Clara to ensuring that the customer service experience, even though, initially was poor ...she followed through beautifully. Most importantly taking control of the situation. Definitely deserves a pay rise/bonus or promotion!!

Ordered cabinet which was pre assembled…

Ordered cabinet which was pre assembled with non matching draw runners and wooden dowels that were too big and caused damage.
Took few weeks to be sorted but we did get a full refund, now just have to dispose of useless item
UPDATED.
Clara from customer service has been amazing. They did have issues in the production line with the item we purchased but Clara pursued a satisfactory solution for us.

Delayed delivery of the desktop for Exec desk (l-shape )

Initially only partial delivery of the desk but after liaising with the customer support desk, they confirmed they would refund the costs i had for delayed pickup of the old desk. Desktop arrived after a delay.

Barring the need for better delivery partners i am happy with how they resolved the issue and amended the rating.

Desk itself is of good quality and easy to set up. Wouldnt recommend the drawer as it removes the ability to lower desk for larger screens, but the keyboard extension is nice for those with a lot of room at the seating area of the desk.

Good product, Horrible delivery methods!

Product is good quality, but I disliked the fact it came in 7 packages, sent as separate consignments, with different carriers and no indication of when or if I had every thing I needed to build the desk.

As a result I had the executive desk, and the associated packaging which I didn't dare get rid of, spread over my floor for nearly 2 weeks before I was able to assemble it.

Once I had all the bits the assembly was easy and was done in about 30 minutes. While infuriating, this would not stop me buying or recommending the product, and I will probably upgrade to the executive corner desk next time round. If they sort the delivery experience this would be a solid 5 star!
