We have used this company many times and usually had no issues....however....

We stood at the airport awaiting a driver for ages, no messages and no driver. We had to ring 3 times before we were told there had been an issue but he would be with us shortly.

A rather miserable driver turned up. He grabbed a suitcase and set off at a pace muttering as he went.

When we got to his minibus my husband asked if he could sit in the front, he's done this before. He was told no.
The driver then moved his stuff from the seat and angrily threw them in the back muttering again.

Silence ensued from the scruffily dressed driver.

I sent a message to the office to say not only was he late, no apology but he was rude and miserable. They rang him to tell him and both were laughing and repeating miserable!!!!

When we got to our hotel we only paid the fee for one way as we felt paying for the return was risky. So a huge argument ensued.
Would NEVER use them again!!

Faultless service. We used this company to transport us from Verona airport to a hotel in Verona, then down to Salo in Lake Garda and finally back up to Verona airport. Each trip was problem free and the driver was either on time or early on each occasion. We were requested to pay a £15 deposit at the time of booking and then the remaining balance when we first met our driver at the airport. I was slightly concerned about this process but was reassured it was fine. Our contact, Paul was most helpful and arranged for a payment link that I could use for a credit card payment when we arrived and this worked perfectly. The price seemed extremely competitive compared to others.
All the drivers were extremely professional and every vehicle was clean and comfortable.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough and would most certainly use them again if ever we flew into Verona again.

Booked two taxi transfers to/from Verona Airport. We paid extra for two child seats, which were "guaranteed" to be present as stated in the confirmation email. For the return journey, the driver showed up with only one child seat, forcing us to either accept an unsafe journey or scramble to find an alternative, potentially missing our flight. The driver and the boss Mirco were both unapologetic, and simply made excuses. Not acceptable when we paid extra and the confirmation email said child seats were guaranteed.

Our transfer form Verona Airport to hotel Ilma, Limone at Lake Garda was the most stress free transfer experience my travelling companions and myself had in all our years of holidaying. Dealing and getting in touch with Paul was so easy. Their cars were top class vehicles and the drivers were punctual and very friendly. The journey took 1hr.30mins each way and we were a party of 6 adults, and we were happy with the price compared to other transfer companies. I would have no problem recommending this company and I will be definitely booking them again.

Would highly recommend using Verona Airporr Transfers. Very reliable and the car is very luxurious. Don't be put off by paying the driver on the outward journey to secure the return transfer. Would definitely use again.

Verona Airport Transfers helped us get from Verona Airport to Madonna Di Campiglio and the return. Excellent service, wonderful customer care from Paul and a reasonable price. I fully recommend them.

This transfer took place in the last week of September 2025.
On arrival at the airport we were met by the driver holding up a sign with my name.
I paid the driver in full ,including the fare for the. return trip, as agreed.
I emailed Paul to confirm pick up time for the return drop off to the airport. There was no need to worry about the return pick up ,after paying in full on the first leg, as the driver turned up slightly early looking for me.
Overall it was a very efficient and reliable transfer .

Both transfers were on time. I will definitely use this company again. Reliable & great prices. Amazing thank you

Having used them last year getting from Bardolino to Airport I was happy to book a pick up/return this year. Was met at Airport by driver who was excellent and asked if we minded going a different route due to traffic.
For return trip Driver picked us up on time. Car was spacious and clean and the journey to Airport was perfect. Both drivers were courteous, professional and very pleasant.
Price was also very competitive.Highly recommend and will definitely use when we return next year.

Our driver greeted us at the arrivals gate and transferred us smoothly to Lake Garda. I was nervous paying in advance for the return trip but no need as the driver was 5 minutes early and dropped us at the airport door. Both drivers were professional and the vans were clean, tidy and air conditioned. I would not hesitate to book them again.

First time I've used them and was very impressed. Booking was easy and hassle free just as our return airport transfers were. Large comfy vans with air conditioning. Our driver for the return arrived early for us which was great.
Wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we return to Lake Garda.

Booking was super simple and communication excellent; even with a late change of flight time. Mirco was there to meet us at Verona arrivals and Claudio was outside our hotel waiting to take us back to the airport. Both drivers friendly and helpful, vehicles modern, clean and air conditioned. Could not have been smoother. Would use again without hesitation.

Second time we have used this service from Verona Airport to Malcesine and would not hesitate to recommend them again. I understand the guy running it is called Paul and it has been very reassuring when messaging him to get a very swift reply every time. Very nice vehicles and all impeccably clean. Could not ask for more polite drivers. Have had to learn how to pay the driver using the QR code the driver provided but am now fully conversant. Only thing I would personally prefer is to recieve a message the day before our return journey to confirm the driver will be there at the pre booked time but would add that I should not have worried as this is a fully trustworthy service. Thankyou again.

Was unsure if I would be picked up as im paranoid but the lovely gentleman waited at the airport with my name, and took me to my destination safely and then I also booked a return trip and again came on time, lovely cars, im not a car person but they were Mercedes and clean. Worth the price and would use again!

We have used this company for transfers from Verona to Madonna di Campiglio several times… we get a speedy response from Paul on the enquiry. The drivers are always there when you arrive at the airport, very pleasant and curtious. On the return journeys drivers arrive at the time arranged. Vehicles always clean and comfortable.. will definitely use their services next time..
