Purchased the S7 plus hoover in Nov2025 and it took over 6 weeks to arrive? I have used it 3 times, and now does not work. There is a rattle coming from the motor area. I can not find any details of where to complain to or send it back. What a waste of money, over a £100.

I purchased a cordless hoover , it will be 14 months now. It worked very well up until the warranty was about to expire. Then it started not holding it's charge. It would then run for 5mins maximum. I contacted the seller to inform them of the problem I was having. Seeing I purchased through Amazon I was told to refer to them which I did. Amazon had ceased trading with them as a company so they couldn't help me. I contacted verslife again and heard nothing since.

Wenn möglich würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben. Der Staubsauger wurde im Januar 2025 gekauft. Bereits im Dezember 2025 ließ die Kraft des Akkus extrem nach. Voll geladen reichte der Akku gerade einmal für 3 Minuten.
Shop wurde direkt per Mail kontaktiert und Fotos sowie weitere Infos durch diesen angefordert. Alle Informationen wurden per Mail zugesandt. Seitdem erfolgt keinerlei Rückmeldung auf Anfragen bzw. Reminder. Die Shop Website selbst verfügt weder über ein Impressum noch über eine Service-Telefonnummer.
Extrem schlechter Kundenservice und ein wirklich schlechtes Produkt.

I purchased a Verslife cordless hoover on Amazon in October 2024. It worked well enough at first, however, 8 months in the battery life fell off a cliff edge. Previously the battery lasted approx 20 mins of a full charge. Now we are lucky to get 3 minutes out of it.

The hoover comes with a 12 month warranty. I became concerned when the warranty info on their website pointed customers to Amazon to initiate the warranty process, especially when I checked my previous orders and the item was listed as no longer available (meaning I am unable to leave a product rating).

I have emailed Verslife at least 6 times since July requesting details on how to navigate the warranty process. They have answered, however, they refuse to provide any details on the warranty, instead, they advise that I empty the hoover, clean the filter and charge. When pressed on providing details about the warranty (i.e. repair/replace), they simply stop responding to my messages. They have done this on 2 occasions months apart. I now have days left on my warranty and a hoover that is more or less useless. Verslife have shown themselves not to be a trustworthy vendor
