So earlier this year individuals from the Vertex Consulting Group reached out asking if I was interested in a promotion service. At first I was very hesitant until they explained how the process truly worked. Once I started the promotion I already saw numbers of all types going up in followers, listeners per day, streams per day, etc. They also do a great job with communication and reaching back out to their clients on giving updates. I will definitely be using Vertex’s services in the near future and suggest them for any other independent artists as well.

So far they have provided what they advertised very clear, professional and easy to get ahold of.

Sophia was the main person I interacted with. Sophia was very quick to respond, very on top of the weekly updates, answered any questions that I had throughout the process, Sophia was super encouraging of me and my music. A lot of the thoughts I had matched up with Sophia‘s advice. The numbers promised were reached even more so then the minimum stream amount. I like The fact that these are real people real listeners hopefully turning into followers and legitimate supporters. Thank you for tax can’t wait for our next campaign!

Worked with Sophia from the group on the Beginner Spotify Promotion Plan. Initial interactions were timely and efficient, and was able to organize a voice call, so that was good. Throughout the duration of the promotion, she updated me once a week, but there were a few delayed and incorrect (meant for another client) replies at times, which seemed a bit questionable and unprofessional (and is the main reason for 3 stars).

Campaign reached the lower bound of advertised impact range (~25k), only. Demographics targeted according to my Spotify page were also questionable; e.g. Targeted ages >35, when my intended audience for the music is in the 20-30 year age group. Got what was advertised (just stream numbers), which is good, but the results did not go beyond the minimum.

Personally, I am ambivalent if I would work with them again. Their campaign may be more beneficial for others. Didn't feel very worth it to me. I appreciate the enthusiasm from Sophia though!

When the Vertex team first reached out to me, I was pretty skeptical to try their Spotify Management service. But Tobias and the team have been fantastic ever since, keeping communication open and most importantly, being transparent. My compliments for Kristoffer & The team working hard on my first campaign as a independent artist. We're launching the second campaign, as we speak! When Kristoffer and his team approached me for the first time, it felt like i was a part of the family allready. Communication is key and Kristoffer and the team understands that. Always makes time for you for some Q&A and how the campaign is going.

I got in contact with Kristoffer and since the very beginning I felt like being chatting with a good friend, who was aiming to the best for the band as I'm doing since decades, he's been always super pro-active, offering detailed explanations all the time, and most of all treating marketing matters as he were a band mate and not a business entity, I think this is the very important aspect and core reason for Vertex success.

Our first campaign took a little more time to reach the proposed goals than what agreed on paper, but nevertless he offered us a free extent time in order to achieve the results and this leaded me to strongly consider to build up a new campaign with him which will start as soon as possible.

In my humble opinion Vertex is actually the leading company out in the social marketing ocean, highly recommended!!
