Scandalous hotel stay away
Charged my card £641 for one nights stay but says on booking .com £43 for one night
Be vary wary of Booking.com failed to even respond so they have stole £641 for one night . In the middle of a charge back with credit card . I would advise every to do it who gets conned
Hotel is in need of a major refurbishments and is £20-30 car ride away from city centre
Dated and looks like something from 70s and smells is stinking from room complained and hotel did nothing
Pubic hair in bathroom
Thick urine stains on toilets
Stinky dirty covid mask left in room
Fixtures and fittings broken
Skirting hanging off
Pupic hair in bathroom
Bodily fluid on toilet seat
Dirty covid mask in bathroom hanging up
All furniture damaged
Walls stained
Floorboards splitting
Door surround hanging off

Unpleasant stay with Bad Airconditioner !!

I booked this Hotel "Vértice Roomspace Madrid" on Higher cost (8730.50 *2 = 17461 INR) & have checked-in to on 10/October/2018 & Checked-out on 12/October/2018.

The Airconditioner of my room was not at all working.
i was forced to open the room window ... which caused very poor discomfort because of too-much of noise & populated air i was unable to sleep for two nights.
This hotel is surrounded with lots of noises ... due to railway track & highway is very close to hotel and it is also situated in industrial area.

it was totally waste of money for me !!
