Great experience at Vertu Honda…
Great experience at Vertu Honda Morpeth. Andy and the team were extremely welcoming and friendly. Going to look at new cars alone when you are female can be daunting, however Andy was fabulous explaining my options without giving a hard sell. He let me test drive the car twice when I went back with my husband, which was great and helped me to be sure which car I wanted. Hand over went smoothly with a cup of coffee, no stress or hassle. Great service and would recommend.

Bought a used car recently glad i went to vertu motors excellent staff particularly keiron irving who dealt with me over the phone very helpful with everything I wanted had car delivered to Dagenham from Morpeth quickly felt at ease dealing with a stressful situation having had my car stolen recently would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of getting a car from vertu to do it you won't be disappointed thank you so much for a lovely car

First Class Experience As Always
We are customers of Ford Morpeth going back years
We’ve purchased our vehicles from here for many years and the experience is always first class
Kieran was our Sales Executive for our purchase of our new Kuga today and from the start of our journey when we were looking to purchasing he was the utmost professional
Kieran is knowledgeable and patient and took us through every step of our purchase
The communication from Kieran was excellent
He kept us informed both via telephone and email and we never had to chase anything up
We asked lots of questions and nothing was too much trouble
Kieran made us feel valued and got to know our car requirements
I’m very fussy and particular but Kieran knows that as we’ve been dealing with him for quite some time now
We appreciate his help and can’t thank him enough
