we found the experience easy. Carrie-Anne was very welcoming and helpful, listening to our requirements and concerns. She explained everything clearly and went through all the options. She was patient with our questions, even when we changed choice of car before the test drive, finding us the right car with which we are very happy. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed.

I was in an car crash with lorry. I've came out of it unscathed but in all of it I've lost my dream car. So naturally I've started looking for a new one. Vertu Ford Bromley came across during my searches and boy, they have delivered. From the first contact till my drive off site. An absolutely priceless experience. Your agent and the manager were recommending but not pushy. Empathetic and understanding my situation. Smarty advising but agreeing to all my decisions without a fuss. Answering promptly and professionally to all my wastly multiple queries. It's not my first dealing with a car dealer but it's definitely the best! Absolutely recommended! Great dealership. I have gotten 4 cars from Bromley dealership and always been shown professionalism. The new car that O bought I am very happy with and thats down to Jordan at the Used Car. Highly recommend his service. Will definitely recommend to buy there again.

Selling of extra insurances too pushy
We felt that the selling of everything except the actual car was far too pushy & over the top i.e. finance, warranty, service plan, tyre/alloy insurance & windscreen & damage insurance. When we told the sales person that we wasn’t interested, we were questioned as to what was our reason. When we got home we both felt exhausted, as if we’d ran a marathon. We thought we’d have a good experience going to a main dealer but that wasn’t the case.
Also when I came to put in my personal bits & bobs I discovered that there were no mats & that there was an empty perfume bottle & rubbish in the doors.

I am particularly disappointed to learn that you felt pressured during your visit. While we do have a responsibility to explain optional products such as finance, warranties, and protection plans, this should always be done in a respectful, informative, and non intrusive manner. Once a customer has declined, that decision should be accepted without further challenge. I’m sorry that this was not your experience and that it left you feeling exhausted rather than reassured.
I am also concerned by your comments regarding the preparation of the vehicle. Finding no mats and discovering rubbish left inside the car is not acceptable and falls well below the standards we expect. Please accept my sincere apologies for this oversight.
Your feedback has been shared with the management team so that we can address both the sales approach and vehicle preparation standards to ensure this does not happen again.
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further and see if we can put things right for you.

incompetent service
They replaced my tyre and accidentally discarded the pressure sensor without informing me. I only discovered this the following year when my car failed its MOT due to the tyre‑pressure warning light. They then charged me for a new sensor, yet still couldn’t fix the warning‑light issue. Despite that, they passed the MOT and told me to visit the manufacturer’s service centre because they were unable to resolve it themselves. In the end, I ended up paying three times for a problem caused entirely by their own incompetence.

Extremely poor refund experience
Extremely poor refund experience. I was promised my money back in 5 working days, but it took 4 weeks of constant chasing to get it resolved. The lack of communication from Vertu Bromley was unacceptable and caused me a lot of anxiety. I highly recommend considering other options before buying a car here—once they have your money, getting it back is a huge struggle.

Virtu review
Callum helpfully offered me a test drive in the type of car I was interested in, after the test drive I was convinced my choice of car was correct.
Callum went through the purchasing process explaining each step. Callum helpfully arranged for the car to be taxed and for its MOT to be done before I picked it up.

Saw car on line
Saw car on line , purchased over the phone , helped by Jones very professional and wasn’t pushy in his sales style , got everything organised quickly, bought it on Saturday , had it by Tuesday and it had to come from over 200 miles away .
Only one issue but it was person driving car up had crossed through the dartford crossing and didn’t pay charge so I received a fine , thankfully only £3.50 .
