James at VERTU was very good
James was very good at taking us through all the details and features of the car. He was a nice person and very funny, we are a bit of a quirky couple but he empathised with the way we are and all in all so far I would recommend Vertu as a place to go for a car.

I visited Vertu motors on Saturday 27th September 25 to view some Ford Pumas. I bought my last car a Ford Fiesta from Bristol street motors just over 10 years ago and have been very happy with it but thought it was time for a change. We were approached by Jim Kersey who was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and who in fact had sold me my Fiesta 10 yrs ago. I decided on a car and went for a test drive with Jack Essery who made me feel very at ease and was equally helpful and friendly. Jim agreed a part exchange price for my car and a deal was done on the Ford Puma. I cannot express enough how helpful and friendly Jim and Jack were and would definitely recommend anyone to purchase a car from Vertu Motors in Hayden Lane , Cheltenham.

Neil Richardson sold me a Ford Puma…
Neil Richardson sold me a Ford Puma Gen-e , Neil went above and beyond to get us the government grant to change to electric. We have bought about 15 cars from Neil over the past years and I couldn’t rate him and vertu high enough.

Poor valeting
When I collected the vehicle it looked all shiny but there were stains on the seats and the car hadn’t seen any polish. James the salesman was excellent and kept me informed but the presentation/valeting of the vehicle was poor at best. The outer lacquer is also coming off the nearside headlamp which they are not going to do anything about.

Incompetent MOT & recall
I had my car MOTD by this company & a recall software updated at the same time. When I came to sell the car a few weeks later I discovered that they had got the mileage wrong on the MOT and the recall was shown on the certificate as still outstanding. This has caused me very significant problems with the sale.
