From the first initial contact they gave a fantastic ease of how to talk to somebody about enquiring about a new vehicle. Ian Jakeways reminded me of myself in dealing with people by understanding quickly you build up a good repertoire and have a giggle along the way. The way I was dealt with was one of the best buying a new vehicle. Everything was explained in understandable terms and nothing was impossible to talk about. I purchased a vehicle from there as they made me feel valued. On hand over Mark Wheeler was really good as took time to explain the details and how the new vehicle works.
