No "hard sell" - service as it should be
No "hard sell" - just courteous, well informed and patient customer support from Ken Lee and his colleagues. A generous part-exchange done with the minimum of fuss. Although Exeter is far from local [90 mins. away] - well worth the journey. Thoroughly recommended.

Friendly staff
Friendly staff, welcoming and pleasant environment. Only issue was the promises to buff out the scratches and scuffs were not done. Quite a few marks and scrapes where the front bumper has hit something. Also the the whole hoopla about paying in advance for fuel was pointless as no gas had been put in. Key to keep one words in the world of Sales these days. Other than that, the staff were really nice.

The people at Vertu Honda Exeter were…
The people at Vertu Honda Exeter were class, firstly recommending the car, the deal and the opportunity. Then moving through the process of the purchase, from spec, sourcing, agreeing finance and then the journey to collection. We were updated and kept updated continually and then accommodated to suit our needs with the collection. The handover and even the follow up was first class, even when Honda had a software blip, they sorted everything. My wife has loved the car and total confidence in dealing with Simon the General Manager and Ben the Business Manager. Then again I have had experience of dealing with these guys at another dealership in previous years. All I will say to others is they are class and it’s why we travel 130 miles to buy from them and not 12 miles to the local dealer. We ended up buying 3 Honda’s within 6 weeks. These are people who care are authentic and trusted. I have no hesitation to recommend them as a great dealership to visit and be taken care of.

A good car-buying experience.
Sales Executive, Shannon, took as much time as needed to assist me in making the right choice of vehicle and being helpful in the part exchange and purchasing process. On the day of collection, she ensured I was fully familiar with the controls of the new car before driving it home.
