Honda HRV upgrade at Vertu Honda, Grantham.
I bought my 68 Honda HRV at Vertu Honda Grantham a couple of years ago and was so impressed with how well I was treated by Mr Will Heaver, I decided to go back to Grantham for a newer model. The initial vehicle I chose, did not meet my needs, however, I was forunate to be looked after by Mr Will Heaver again. He took the vehicle back after 3 days and put a deal together for a replacement Honda HRV. Will has clearly been promoted since I was last at the dealership and I can see why. He is a credit to Vertu Honda and without his intervention and customer focused approach, my experience may have been different. I hope to deal with him and the staff at Vertu Honda, Grantham again some time in the future. Thank you.

Amazing customer service!
The sales executive (Max Baldwin) was particularly helpful, knowledgeable and efficient and he explained all the options available to me very clearly. The car that I wanted was in stock and the purchase was processed amazingly quickly so that I could collect the car 3 days later. Amazing customer service was provided by Max throughout this process. Visited Vertu Honda Grantham today for new brake pads all round.
I had previously thought I had issues with this dealer but it subsequently became clear it was Honda (UK) that was responsible so I hasten to correct the matter.
My experience was friendly, courteous and reasonably prompt, with knowledge staff.
Pricing was made clear and was no more than an independent might have charged - with the added reassurance of Honda-trained engineers and genuine parts.
A very pleasant experience, thank you - I will be back

Just a great professional and friendly experience
On entering the Vertu Grantham site we received a warm greeting from Aaron, the General Sales Manager. There was no pressure and we were asked if we were looking to buy or just browsing. We were looking and had done some research. We were then placed with Max from the sales team. Max is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He was able to guide us through the process answer questions and along with Aaron eventually came up with a good deal.
The whole process from start to finish was professionally dealt with by Max who kept us informed from order to delivery, which was also very quick and professional.
