I booked a test drive and she went through every control and all the information I needed, nothing was a problem. Definitely recommend and ask for Tamara when your in 😊

When the day arrived to pick up our new car, She could not have been more helpful. She was extremely friendly and informative. Unfortunately, the review that was posted on 3 April is true, and we experienced the same issues.
We were repeatedly told they have only one qualified Hyundai technician, which seems to be the reason for 6–8 week delays. Despite this, they continue taking bookings without warning customers of the true waiting times.
Updates were vague (“car in a queue for diagnostics”), and there was no consideration for the cost of hiring a car or needing a work vehicle. When we asked for clarity, the response was often uncertainty or simply being told we were “welcome to try elsewhere.”
If you live in Fife and rely on your car, I strongly recommend avoiding Vertu Motors – Hyundai Dunfermline. Unless you’re happy to wait months with little communication, look elsewhere.

We purchased a used car from here and when we went to pick it up there was a slight issue but paul and kris the sales managers went above and beyond to sort it . Can not speak highly enough about this dealarship they were amazing will definitely be going back when we need to change car and will be recommending them to all

We've used Vertu for a number of vehicles now, always great service and aftercare. Very rarely have any issues, and anything that does crop up is dealt with efficiently.

⭐ (and that’s being generous)
If you’ve ever wanted to experience what it’s like to age gracefully while waiting for your car to be fixed, this is the place for you!
We booked our 2017 Hyundai Tucson in five weeks in advance — because apparently, that’s how long it takes to get a date with disappointment.
The day before the booking, we got a call out of the blue to say there was a “backlog.” Translation: you’re probably better forgetting you had a car in the first place cause it will take us that long to look at it!
Apparently, only one mechanic in the entire building is qualified to work on Hyundai cars — staggering given they sell new ones.
Weeks roll by. We get weekly texts telling us our car is “in a queue for diagnostics,” which is roughly as reassuring as being told your Amazon parcel is “somewhere in the warehouse.”
Five more weeks pass (yes, ten weeks total for those keeping score), and still no action — just more vague texts and radio silence.
Becoming frustrated we finally called (because obviously they didn’t bother), we were told there’d be “further significant delays” and that we were “welcome to try elsewhere.” Excellent customer care — nothing says “we value your business” quite like telling you to go away.
After ten wasted weeks, we pulled the car out and booked with an independent garage — who, shockingly, seem to believe in things like communication, effort, and actually doing the work within a reasonable period, as laid out within the Consumer Rights Act 2015..
In summary:
• Zero updates unless you chase them.
• Zero accountability.
• Zero progress.
• And, most impressively, zero shame.
Save yourself the pain. Unless your dream is to forget what your car looks like as it’s stored in someone else’s car park,. I say car park, but cause it is crammed with other people’s cars awaiting the promise of repair, it’s on some spare land adjacent to the garage. So the only thing you can hope for is that a rogue lorry or van collides with your car and writes it off to end what seems to be an eternity of waiting for repair.
I’d steer well clear of this place. Teach yourself to repair cars, it’s probably quicke!!
