New Hyundai Inster purchase
From initial contact with Vertu Hyundai Edinburgh West to car collection day, the communication from all members of staff was exceptional. Not once did I feel out of the loop.
As this was my first EV, I wanted to ensure that the Hyundai Inster was going to work for me. Following a good walk through the car in the showroom, I was let loose with the demonstrator to simulate my commute.
Collected my new car 7 days later to a thorough handover, nicely valeted and a full battery.
Drove 73 miles home with no issues and delighted with the car.

We found the company easy to deal with. The staff were excellent throughout the process of buying the car. They kept us updated with information and delivered on time as given. Junior Gausden in particular was excellent. Also thanks to his manager Darren.

Well what can i say but top notch service.
Brought my car in due to a noise in my rear wheel. I was supposed to drop it off and pick up a courtesy car but as i had travelled from Glasgow and had to be back early i asked if my car could be seen to quickly. The service manager came out and said he could get my car up on the ramp in 40 minutes so i agreed. They fixed the issue with the car and even washed and hoovered my car for me in no time knowing i was in a hurry. All the service staff were also lovely. Great customer service from them all.

Kelson was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable when ordering my new car. Kelson made sure the car was ready for our preferred handover day. He also helped us through the registration process. Kelson himself finalised the hand over and was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the car and settings. Over all a very pleasurable experience.
