Hyundai Tucson Self Charging Hybrid
We bought a new Hyundai Tucson Self Charging Hybrid Ultimate specification three years ago and the service at Vertu SILVERLINK was excellent. At the of the PCP finance we returned for another new Tucson. We thought we would save £4,000 by no buying a Hybrid and by choosing a lower spec.
We realised we made a bad choice, the car was no where near as good as the Ultimate spec. With negative equity on the finance package, we had to live with our poor decision.
Until . . .
We had a phone call from Will at SILVERLINK to come in and “see what was on offer.”
The part exchange deal and finance package Will put together was excellent and yesterday we drove from the forecourt in a high spec Hyundai Tucson that is a pleasure to drive

Vertu Silverlink has a reputation for excellent customer service and having just bought my third car from them, I can tell you it's fully deserved. Nothing is too much trouble and they welcome you and guide you through the selection and buying process from start to finish in a really professional and friendly manner. The really refreshing thing I found is that they always do it with the customer's personal preferences and best interests in mind. Hyundai Silverlink
Hyundai Silverlink have been marvellous. I was searching for a new car, they did a search for a vehicle I was looking for and it was brought up from Nottingham for me. I got a video sent to introduce the sales person to me, which was rather a nice touch. When I collected the car, the manager spoke to me and advised they are always there to help if I have any queries regarding the car. The salesman advised he would call me after a few days to check if I was happy with the car or if I have any questions. I find this a lovely aftersales touch.

Buying a new car
Had a very good experience buying my new car .Charlotte was very helpful and had great product knowledge. There was no sales pressure at all. She was patient with me as I looked at various cars and options. I eventually chose a car which was at the Edinburgh showroom. It was brought down to Silverlink within a couple of days. Excellent service!

The salesman at Vertu Hyundai, Adrian, was very helpful and didn't push hard for a sale. He took his time to explain about the car we were interested in and was patient to help out in the test drive which was the first time in an automatic car. All in all, it was a very good experience.

From the first time I entered the Silverlink garage I met Dan sales executive who listened to what we wanted, he gave me options and looked after the whole process of part exchange and delivery of my new vehicle including my private plates.
