After having issues with my air conditioning
After having issues with my Airconditioning and Arnold Clark being no help at all, I took my car to MG Vertu Edinburgh. On both occasions the assistance given has been outstanding. They talked me through all the processes that was needed. They even walked me through the process of contacting my insurance company again to rectify a repair that had not been carried out correctly by another garage. They could have easily said, this is going to cost you £s and not been true and honest with me. Would highly recommend.

The service recieved at this garage was superb.
The service recieved at this garage when I purchased my used Kia Rio was 1st class. Kieran was great. No pushy sales tactics. Honest and helpful throughout. I did my research on the car ahead of my visit and found that the car was competitively priced and in great condition. Would definitely recommend this place.

Liam - The member of staff who helped me with…
The member of staff who helped me with my exchange/purchase of a new MG in the week 23-30th May 2026 at the showroom in Newbridge, Edinburgh was Liam. He was exceptionally helpful and friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable. On my arrival, he immediately offered to provide a hot drink which I greatly appreciated given that it was a cold and windy day (the hot chocolate certainly hit the spot!). Liam was very knowledgeable and readily answered all my questions and everything was clearly explained to my satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in asking for Liam's assistance for any future purchases. I would add that Liam's boss, Paul, was also most helpful when I attended to finalise matters and collect my new car. Exceptional customer service from Liam and Paul. Only five stars on offer? I would give them 10 out of 10 as they far exceeded the level and quality of care I have experienced in rival showrooms when looking to buy new cars in the past.

Great service from Newbridge…
I bought a hyundai from Newbridge branch last year which was a quick seamless process. I received an invitation to have a summer check up & thought it would be worth doing. Again, another seamless process. Darren picked my car up & returned to me at home the same day. I received texts from Chloe keeping me up to date on the service. Overall just a great professional but friendly service.

Motability please stop
I be attended the Kia showroom at Newbridge just outside Edinburgh and I saw that the 3 disabled bays were taken by vehicles and all of which had sales information in the windows.
I drove up to the far end of the car park and there was nothing suitable, I turned around and parked in front of cars at the main entrance and as other cars were stopped.
Went inside and within 5 minutes a very nice man wearing a parking attendant vest approached me and asked if I would move my car. I did but explained that the disabled bays were all taken up by cars from VERTU. He apologised and said that they had a big promotional sale at the weekend and needed the space. What a Joke!
Sorry but the parking of cars is not my problem. The availability of disabled parking bays is for YOUR disabled customers and can I recommend that you stop promoting the fact that you deal with disabled people sympathetically and STOP! Yes Stop selling to Motability customers.
Please do not reply to me as I will never be using VERTU motors again

We purchased our new Kia from Vertu Newbridge and can honestly say they are probably the best car garage we ever used. The sales person Matthew was fantastic as were the rest of the team that we dealt with. Even though there was a delay with the car due to events in other parts of the world, they kept on touch with us the whole time to let us know what was happening. I can highly recommend

Complicated issues, smoothly handled
We had some paintwork issues with our used Kia Sportage, but After Sales Manager Darren Riley sorted them out and the company’s expense. On the day, Chloe was greta to work with and ensured a series of events - paintwork, MOT, service and tyres, were all completed in just two days while we enjoyed our visit to Edinburgh. We’re grateful to all who helped.

Superb Motability service
Contacted this dealership regarding a Motability car for my wife. Specialist Paul Gordon could not have been more helpful, and the whole process from initial inquiry through to test drive and picking up the new vehicle could not have been smoother. Delighted
We came to the Newbridge showroom and were met by Craig Coleman. We had initially wanted to buy a used, 1 year old, car but Craig found us a brand new one, within our budget too.
From start to finish Craig was very helpful and kept us at ease throughout the whole thing, including a video of us pulling off the cover to reveal our new car when we picked it up.
We have bought lots of cars over the years but this is the best yet.
We wont buy another car for 2 years but when we do we will go back to the Newbridge showroom.
