Great experience!
From the initial visit at the showroom, to collecting the vehicle, everything has run smoothly.

We had pre identified the vehicle that suited our needs and Jonny Redfern arranged everything quickly and efficiently so that we could collect the car in just a few days. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful.

Vehicle Purchase
First impressions count and upon arrival the sales representative Ryan was in the car park to greet us. As we had a clear idea of our requirements including price he was able to quickly identify a vehicle to match. Following test drives we agreed to purchase. A lengthy documentation process followed but clarified at each step. We are very pleased with our decision both in terms of vehicle purchase and vendor - Vertu Motors of Exeter. Highly recommended.

KAI made it such an easy process in dealing with our new purchase and our situation with our intended px vehicle.

John Ashman in Land rover sales
John Ashman in sales was clear, concise and transparent as well as patient in listening to our needs and coming up with a vehicle that fitted. He also did the heavy lifting on the paperwork which was most welcome. Vertu Exeter experience was in total contrast to the brush off we got at Vertu Taunton.

Having just had delivery of our second defender ,we found Ryan very helpful ,knowledgeable and obliging in the sale of this vehicle also Helen for the financial dealings.

Memorable experience
Pleasant welcome on arrival. Our sales advisor Staurt Hopkins was extremely knowledgeable about each vehicle we asked to see. Giving us plenty of time to make our choice. We appreciated the no pressure feel of this purchase experience. On the test drive he gave us great support and good information. Every member of the team we were introduced to were extremely helpful.

After a bad experience with another car dealer it was the complete opposite with Vertu.
