We had wonderfull experience,from day one when we walked in Gerad the sales team member had workd out things so well for us and the Sales Manager Victoria had gone out of her way to get us the vechile on time and on the commited time frame.

Collected a brand new car
Collected a brand new car. Scratches on the bonnet and mirrors. Filthy inside. Also scratches inside. Vertu said they would arrange to collect and sort it out. No call as yet. Hand over process took 2 hours. Finally the car brand new car had 108 miles on the clock.

Excellent buying experience
From start to finish of buying our car; Priya was in contact with us advising what was happening and when the car would be ready for collection. Nothing was too much trouble in our buying experience, we would use Vertu Land Rover again for our next purchase.

Impressive dealership that really does try to get you the car you want
My recent experience of buying a Defender 90 was with one individual at Land Rover Guiseley, Gerard Jones. Unlike so many car salespeople he was not pushy or "clever" he just did his job and went the extra mile to get me what I wanted. Communication was excellent and all my dealings with the dealership were excellent.

Fantastic customer service!
I find it a rarity nowadays to come across old fashioned sincere customer service, but I have recently experienced that phenomena at Vertu Landover in Guiseley.
I have just taken delivery of a new Discovery Sport and was guided through the procedure by the team up at Guiseley. I had an initial problem with the car specification, but they rectified this with ease, efficiently and great professionalism; nothing was a problem for them, their only aim was to make sure I was a satisfied customer. The guys up there were exceptional in their understanding, their patience and their overall caring approach.
Many thanks to Emma, Dan and Mike, and special thanks to Adam Gray who helped me through the whole process with a mild-mannered approach, an eagerness to please, and a professional thoroughness.
Well done! I thought customer service was becoming an amorphic cloud of Chat Bots and Ai, thank goodness there are still real people left!

Gerard Jones
Gerard Jones, your Sales Executive who dealt with me was excellent. He was friendly and courteous. He explained all aspects of the sale well, and never rushed us.
He was knowledgeable, in particular, in going through the IT side of the new Discovery Sport, which was markedly different to my previous car. At one point when he was unsure how my Android phone needed to be fully synced, he solved our impasse by asking a colleague with an Android to do that part for us, so I was fully set up.
Altogether, he will have spent over 4 hours with us over our two visits to Vertu Motors in Guiseley
