I had a great experience with Vertu Mini Stockton. Kate was fantastic. She was professional, warm, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. I was apprehensive test driving an automatic car because I had only ever used manual. Kate put me at ease and was really patient. As a result I felt more confident and relaxed driving the Mini. Definitely my best experience of buying a car. All credit to Kate who took me through the process of buying the car. She’s a credit to the organization. All the staff were friendly and I’m grateful to Eddie who also assisted me through the purchase of the car. Would certainly recommend Vertu Mini Stockton to others.

I’m overseas at the moment. Approved Used Mini UK website. They put me in touch with Maddie at Vertu. Maddie sent me some videos of the car I liked and I bought it that day. They’ve now delivered the car and my wife is delighted with it. The process was so quick and easy and Maddie was excellent to deal with. Would thoroughly recommend Vertu 👍

The excellent service and attention we received from Luke and Jake turned my wife and myself from being inquisitive with no intention to buy, into customers.
We were treated respect, with great patience and made to feel that we were very important to your company, but at no time did we feel there was any pressure put upon us to purchase.
Everything was explained to our satisfaction at a very leisurely speed and we feel that Luke and Jake's attitude towards us went a long way towards securing the sale.
All in all purchasing our new car was very enjoyable from start to finish.

Well worth the distance for the customer service
We travelled further than we normally would to look for a car but so glad we did . Great selection of cars and we met Zain with his extensive knowledge of the different mini specs . No pressure sales but very engaging and helped us set up the mini id for our new car . We were happy with the part ex for our car which was very fair . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealer from our personal experience.Ask for Zain !

Picked up my new mini countryman…
Picked up my new mini countryman yesterday after 4/5 months from ordering it and i have to say its worth the wait. The build time was no surprise as my expectations were managed by James from vertu ,Stockton-on-Tees. In fact i had rang around a few different manufacturers and it was similar wait times. James gave me updates periodically and responded to my emails quickly. Love the look of this car, drives a little differently from my previous EV no better no worse, so i just need to get used to it, in fact im uncovering surprise features with each drive. Overall very pleased

Fantastic Customer Relations from Vertu Mini Teesside
Vertu Mini Teesside have been brilliant with us, throughout the whole process of buying our new mini. I cannot give our Sales Executive, Maddie Smith, enough praise during the sale. Another Mini purchased and the service…
Another Mini purchased and the service I received from Maddi at Vertu Teeside was excellent and I received the best P/Ex price for my car I traded in, better than two well known companies who advertise a lot! If you want to buy a car then don't look any further than Vertu, they do sell many brands.
