MIRACLE WORKERS
Took car to Vertu Nissan in Bradford for service. Book for a while you wait set ice 1:30-4pm. Car was taken into workshop approx 3pm and completed approx 4:50pm, almost one hour late. Wash & vac no longer included. Technician performed a miracle by supposedly putting 250ml of screenwash into the container that was already full to brim. 2 friendly ladies on reception were rushed off their feet, management need to rethink staffing.
*To compound the poor customer service I received a reply to Google review from the general manager asking me to email him, I tried but email was not delivered as email address provided by him was not recognised.
* customer experience email address provided by Danielle also failed as not recognised. I hope they have serviced our car in a more competant manner?

Really nice service!
Buying a new car can be daunting as well as exciting, but Louie at Vertu Nissan Bradford was helpful, friendly and informative throughout the whole process. Most importantly, I never felt pressured. He was also careful to explain the various features of the new car before I drove it away, and followed up a few days later to see how I was getting on.

What made my experience go well you ask? Louie did! Louie assisted me brilliantly from his first video showing me around my soon to be new car to calling me from away on training sessions during his lunchbreak and checking in with me on a Sunday (his day off). I was initially worried about buying a car from Bradford when I live in South London. I would take Louie for a few ‘Thank you’ pints if I lived closer and we could chat all things cars (he’s an enthusiast). Thanks to Louie and his supporting team, Becca, Andy & Nasir. Even my delivery fella was a gentleman! Top job all very pleased with all your help and patience. I’ve been in mid-top end sales for many decades and I’m impressed. Much appreciated All!

STEPHEN Liu was the best. I agreed to having the Renault then changed my mind. No problem. Got refund on my deposit. Two days later decided it was the car for me. Rang Stephen. All sorted. Purchase of Nissan Quasqai…
The car was at the right price and even though there was a distance to get it the salesman Louie Middleton made it very easy for us by sending a video of the car, staying in touch throughout the process and advising us of options. We made the decision to collect the car by driving our one down and he also advised of accommodation and agreed a trade in price with us before we left to go there.

Vertu good car sales
Buying a new car is usually quite stressful. The staff at Vertu made it an enjoyable stress free experience. The sales personnel, Steven McGhie, was polite, funny and knowledgeable. All in all, it was straight forward and easy. I would definitely recommend using Vertu.
